This company is very professional and straight forward. You will not get a better deal in town and unlike a lot of other companies in the area Pro Tech will not try to sell you things you don't really need just to make more money. Best customer service- Orban and Tom area fantastic to work with.

The copper pipes to my shower were leaking and causing damage to the brand new basement. He came when I needed him to and took care of it so fast. He was very efficient and really nice. Thank you Protech!

They came right out after hours and snake the toilet. It only took them about 5 mins.

over charges for time that they were never here for, only 45 min tried to hit me for 2 hours got time they called on caller ID then time they left and it was not even an hour they were here, it is only 20 min to shop and house . was out for same problem previous month, should have corrected then but did not I dont think I should have paid much since they never corrected the problem in the first place will not call again expensive have to pay service charge plus trip charge and as I said they were not even here for 1 hour yet tried to charge me 2 hours wont recommend to any one

I need a simple yearly maintenance check which takes an hour. The first tech didn't have the right parts and I had to take 2 days off work and was charged 2.5 hrs for a 1.0 hr job. I wanted to talk to a manager and they would never call back. Horrible Service.

received my new kitchenaid gas oven major appliance today and your installer went above and beyond the call of duty to help install it and to point out its features to me..Since I am in a wheelchair it was deeply appreciated and we were very impressed with your installer who is a licensed master plumber... thank you so very much

I bought a townhouse and found that the hot water heater was not working. I called ProTech and Rick the owner, helped me figure out the problem over the phone. They were more than happy to send someone out to repair it but, since the heater was older, I decided to replace it. They sent someone out that day. The plumber was friendly, on time and the price was very reasonable. I have used ProTech before and have been very satisfied each time.

Do not put your -self through it. They are not punctual nor do they bring the correct materials, several guys would show up for brief periods of time to work and then leave one behind that worked at a snail’s pace. They have excuses for everything, and take forever to complete an otherwise simple job. They will milk you for all your worth.

I recently had a severe Sewer leak and Pro Tech Mechanical was recommended by my Clean up Company for my Repairs, they dispatched Don and Jeremy. These two men were Polite, Efficient, Knowledgeable and Extremely Expert in their work and Insuring I was a Satisfied Customer. I was raised in a family Business and have had Businesses of my of my own so I know of EXCELLENCE and STERLING WORKERS and Don and Jeremy surpass that 10 fold and that reflects Directly to Pro Tech Mechanical's 5 Star Rating, they deserve Higher. I was going to put in a Water Cistern and higher some friends to help me but after my experience Pro Tech Mechanical has been hired to do it, you cannot argue with success and excellence. I Plan on using Pro Tech Mechanical for all my Plumbing needs and Don and Jeremy will always be requested.Extremely Happy,Steven J Battaglia

Installed central air stood by their quote even when they ended up having to do a lot more!! And a couple years later had them do a tune up and check everything for a reasonalbe price. And went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you Pro Tech!
