They're doing an excellent job. First starting using them this year, and have been amazed at how efficient they are, lost heat during the winter and they had someone ready to fix it who knew what they were doing the same day we contacted them. Anytime we go in to pay rent they are always helpful and friendly, eager to assist with any questions. Have dealt with renters in the past that had a hard time figuring out what to do in any situation, but it doesn't seem to be the case with DPM. Will continue to use them as long as possible.

This property management company has been great! They are always so friendly and help with whatever questions or issues I have. Their staff is very polite and are always willing to help me when I go in to pay rent, ask questions and discuss anything else. If you are looking for an honest business to rent housing from, I would recommend them in Bend!

My family has been renting from Deschutes Property Management for 5 1/2 years now. Everyone in the office has always been very pleasant to talk to and anytime I have had an issue or problem, it has always been taken care of in a very timely, professional manner.

Do NOT rent from Deschutes Property Management! I rented from them for two years. While they do have a couple of people who are helpful, they have so many girls working in the office, they can't and don't pay attention to renters needs. For example, I had a severe water leak in my home, contacted them immediately because the water leak had the potential to cause the home serious damage. I had to make 6 phone calls to even get maintenance to my house and then it took them almost two months to complete it. After I moved out, they charged me for the water damage! They kept almost $800 dollars of my deposit, citing that my refridgerator was "dirty" and there was spots on the all in the living room. To evidence this, they took photos and included them. The photos they included had a single smudge on the wall that could have been wiped up with a wet washcloth in about 2 seconds and a fleck of dust in the fridge. They charged me over $300 for the cleaning for these two things! I have never had such horrible service from a rental company and been SCREWED so badly from a rental company in regard to a deposit return. They are dishonest and I will never rent from them again. I tell everyone not to rent from them. Even if you find your dream house, KEEP LOOKING! I have never had a bad experience renting and never gotten a full deposit back until dealing with Deschutes Property. Shame on them....

It is very beneficial to work with a property management company rather than directly with the owner. Especially if it is one that provides prompt professional service like Deschutes Property Mgmt. They are very helpful and accommodating.If you need to rent look for a property managed by Deschutes Property Mgmt. It makes a difference...

Deschutes Property Management has been great! We have been renting through them for over a year and hope to for many more. We really appreciate the ease of communication with all the friendly staff whenever any issue arises!

I have worked with Allison and the other gals at Deschutes Property Management for several years. I have rentals in Bend and I live in Portland. Anytime I need anything taken care of at one of the rentals I e-mail Allison and it is done! I can't tell you how much this has reduced the stress of owning a rental. I don't know what I would do without them!

We rented a few different properties managed by Deschutes over the years and they are great at bridging the gap between owner and occupant. Anytime we had any question for the owner, or sometimes a needed repair, we always got a quick response or scheduled repair. Thanks DPM :)

I have been using Deschutes Property Management to manage our 3 rentals we have in Central Oregon for over a year now. We live out of town and they have done an excellent job at finding tenants and keeping the rentals rented. They are really good at communicating with me and get right back to me when I contact them for any reason. Their staff is very professional and friendly. They do a great service and it is so comforting to feel confident with the service they are providing.

We started looking at rental homes in Bend almost 6 months before we were actually planning on moving there. We went through just about every rental agency in Bend, but found the staff at DPM to be the most professional and courteous by far. The homes they showed us were all priced accordingly and the cleaning staff they used left them in exceptional shape. We quit looking through other companies when the time came to actually pick a home. They were so patient and helpful. We found the perfect home for our family. We've been here 3 months now and have had to have the maintenance man out twice for minor repairs. He came when he said he would and was also very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Deschutes Property Management is a great company to rent from. Their staff is very informative and always were attentive to my needs. I had a maintenance issue during my tenancy and they were very prompt to take care of the problem. They are very trustworthy and honest in their work and never lead me in the wrong direction. Everything was explained to me in detail during the application process and they were extremely easy to rent from. They have a great choice of properties at an affordable rate AND I was able to view the properties that I was interested in, in a matter of a couple of days even when there was a current tenant occupying the property! I would recommend DPM to anyone who is looking for trust, attentiveness and great staff to work with!! A big thanks to Allison for everything she has done for me!:)

As a homeowner living overseas, I don't know what I'd do without DPM. They do a great job of renting and maintaining my property. They keep in touch regularly so I always know what's happening. They may be strict with the tenants, but as an owner, that's exactly what I want. Thanks, DPM!

DPM is A great company,I have been renting from them for 2 years now and am very satisfied.The employee's are professional and have the best customer service skills.When I've had any concerns with my rental property,they are quick in getting everything situated.Great place fully recommend them.

A good company, with a great reptuation. If you are a flake, you wont like them, because they enforce the rental agreement. Pay your rent on time, leave the place like you found it, and you will not find a company that is more fair. They have been around for years, and do no have a single bad rating from the BBB.
