Ken took care of everything for me in purchasing my home in Bend. Being a remote buyer I depended on Ken for taking care of everything in the Bend. He made the process simple and easy. He found me the right house and he put me in touch with other local businessmen for financing, title, and insurance. I could not have asked for an easier process. I recommend Ken to anyone looking for a home! You won't find anyone better.

Living in the Midwest, we needed someone knowledgeable and honest to be our champion, and Ken was the perfect choice! That's how we feel about Ken. We were one of a four family partnership trying to buy a communal vacation home in Sunriver - I'm sure we were any realtor's nightmare scenario. Then, on top on 8 buyers, the house failed to meet code requirements. Through 6 offers and counteroffers, Ken persevered, and we are now the proud, excited, and not to mention thankful owners of our dream vacation home. Ken is just amazing. We live about 150 miles away which could have made things difficult, but he made sure it wasn't.He worked around our schedule and always had a great series of houses to show us when we cam to town. He assisted us with many offers over the course of a year and was instrumental in keeping our spirits up when something would fall through.In the end he was able to pull out a short sale that probably moved him closer to some gray hairs, I'm not sure someone else could have pulled it off, but he did.I fully recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. You won't find anyone else that is more fully in your corner.

Ken was very patient with our process. We started receiving automated emails with our criteria more than two years before our first purchase with Ken. We live over 3 hours from Bend so a good agent was very important. Whenever I wrote to Ken and asked a question he gave us quick and honest feedback. Once we found the home, he went and took extra pictures, sent them to us, walked us through a short sale process and took care of every detail along the way. Being remote this was important. He coordinated the inspection, the property manager and the renter that was in the home. We will definitely do business again with Ken!

Ken went out of his way to continually assist us (for over 3 yrs., I might add) in finding our perfect home. He worked closely with us, even keeping up to date during his vacation. Ken helped us buy a parcel of land. We found him to be so efficient and helpful that we used him to buy a house about a year later. He knows the Bend and surrounding areas very well. First of all thanks to Stan Seaman when we purchased our home. It was a very tough Short Sale and Stan worked so hard to make everything happen! He really knows everything a buyer needs to know and very professional and a real pleasure to work with! A couple years later we had to sell our home and went back to Team Birtola to list it.
