I have been using Roberts Computer Company for a long time, And they have all ways been good to us. their work is the best in the business and never had any problems with them. I told other business about them and they never had a problem with them. They are quick at finding the problem and their rates are not bad for what they do. They had taken care of my complete network and my personal computers. I started using them back in 2000 and still use them at this time. They were fair with their prices and I told others about them and they have been using them till this day. They treat their customers with respect and they never rip anyone off. I have seen some reviews that other wrote and I think they are miss understood about Roberts Computer Company. They keep the customers happy and that why I will keep using them and tell others about their services and to me thats what make a great computer company

I recently had my computer serviced from Roberts Computer Company, the service was excellent. They took care of my problem over the weekend and had it finished the same day. I just had my computer fixed by Roberts Computer Company. I tell you my computer was a mess and I just took a chance to get it fix. But when I took it them they stated that they will try and do what they can with it, and that they did it took a few days but they found the problem with the system. After they found the problem they called me and told me what the problem was and it was just the power supplies and it would cost so much to repair it and after I approved them to fix it they had it done within a day after I approved them to fix it. And Beleave it they had it running faster and better then before they fixed the computer system.

Others computer company’s did not even want to touch the computer system and I found Roberts Company and by the way they were preferred to me by one of the current customers and they told me that if it could be done they are the place to bring it to. Just like to say they do know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing systems, I was glad that I took it to them.

I had my computer in for a repair for a problem I could not figure out. Roberts had it for 1 day and fixed the problem. And when they called me back they told me that my computer was fixed, so I went to pick it up and asked how much they told me no charge. It was a miner problem and they stated it took only 10 min to fix, and it was just a glitch with the computer. Other computer company wanted to charge me $100.00 to fix but this company did not. I have been dealing with this company for a while now and they are all ways very up found with what the problem is and what it going to cost to fix the problem. I tell you this is one of the most honest company around. And I will let others know how good this company really is. They even have shown me the bad parts of any of the repairs I had with them.

Roberts Computer is the the company to go to and the best thing about them is that they have an office and shop in their home so that when I get out of work late I could pick it up after hours and that very handy with me. So # 1 there great at their job and very good with the customers and explain things to me so I can understand what they’re saying. I had others tell me that even when they’re busy they get the work done fast and it runs better then when I dropped it off to them.

I have a line of card stores in NJ, NY, and PA. Roberts Computer Company has saved the day many of time for me. When we went down they had us up and running within the hour. I have there number right where I can find it at all time. Without them I would not be in business at this time if it was not for them. I don’t remember but I have been dealing with them a long time. So I’m saying there the one and only company I would ever deal with. They keep their word on everything they say
