Michael Harris was great. He came and was able to get our basement bathroom toilet drain cleaned out. He did say that it needed it. He was very professional and gave us ideas on how to keep the drain clean. We would certainly use them again. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday a young man by the name of a Hasan ID number 5506 came out to my home for a sewer line back up in my basement. This young man was very knowledgeable and professional from the beginning of the conversation to the end of the conversation. I never thought about using Roto-Rooter in the pass, but because of the service I received yesterday I plan on referring Hasan and Roto-Rooter to all my friends, family members and coworkers. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you have any drain issues. Within a few hours of discovering my basement had flooded because of a clogged drain, Reggie (#5212) arrived and unclogged the drain. He was very personable and professional.

On the coldest day of the year Steven #854 showed up and tackled the clogged sink with the ease of a true professional. He explained the situation before starting and quickly took care of the problem. He was very personable and friendly and even under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience overall. If we ever need sewer or plumbing services again, Roto-Rooter will be our first choice.

Had Glenn out to unclog our drain. He was very courteous and arrived within the timeframe given to us when we called. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the drain cleared. Was very helpful answering questions and making suggestions about what can be done to prevent in the future. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Plumber Ray of St Charles, Missouri was really great. He and his associate stayed beyond a late appt time to check for a leak upstairs causing water spots on the ceiling below. They found no leak and with a small hole were able to use a camera to see that everything was totally dry. After thorough investigation they gave sound reasons as to causes and were confident of no more trouble. They did snake all the drains and found some obstacles for modest expense. When Ray learned that our toilets were running, which we didn't call about, he quickly helped us deal with that despite the hour and told us how to deal with a number of issues. Can't say enough good things about this visit.

Gabby and his trainee Ben did an amazing explaining the situation and giving their expert recommendation on what may need to be accomplished to solve the problem. Gabby forgot the pipe camera but he did everything he could to see it there was a camera in the area that was available. Rather than leaving and going to get the camera he continued his work and was able to snake out the main sewer drain. He was even going to do everything he could to give me a discount on the camera if he could not find one on the day of service and have to come back the next business day. Turns out the drain was backed up and Gabby and Ben were able to snake through the blockage. Gabby explained everything well and why the basement floor drains would have water coming out of them due to the blockage. He (Gabby) never pressed the issue on trying to make an extra buck and explain what kind of maintenance I could do to help prevent the blockage. Great experience. Price was a little on the high side, however, to have them come out within hours of my call it was worth the experience Gabby gave me.

Reggie and Cody are knowledgeable professionals who explained the work clearly, completed the job promptly and all in all were a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent experience from the service technician Glenn R. He was prompt, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. Plus, gave me suggestions for how to address the long term solution to my drain pipes that run under the house foundation. I will definitely ask for him next time!
