Provided by YP.comGreen Tea is easily the best Asian food in the Bangor Area. The Nabeyaki Udon special is absolutely incredible, and has been my recommendation to numerous people visiting Maine, as well as my personal choice for a treat whenever I need something filling and exciting. We are floored every time we go here by the courteous and caring service, the delicious food, and the speed of service. One of the servers, Fang, deserves an honorable mention: She remembers our preferences and greets us every time we visit, even if she is not our direct server. It was at Green Tea that I had the hands down greatest Teriyaki Glazed Salmon that I have ever tasted. It was crispy with a perfect golden glaze, looking every bit as good as it tasted. Green Tea will continue to be my prime recommendation in the Bangor area to all the travelers I work with, as well as to friends coming into the state.

Provided by YP.comLarge open dinning area. The food always comes to the table looking like a work of art. Their spicy tuna, lady in red, spicy girl and Maine roll are our favorites. Quick service even on a busy day like Valentine's.

Provided by YP.comStopped in here on a very busy night, sat at the sushi bar. Very comfortable atmosphere and great place to sit and watch the chefs prepare The sushi. Started with the cold Sam Adams Boston Lager on tap and a ruby relaxer cocktail. We shared a Maine Roll which has Maine lobster and crab meat with mango, this was excellent and would highly recommend. Enjoyed a side of the vegetable fried rice to complete the meal. Service was excellent, Will definitely be back

Provided by YP.comJust got back from dinner with my family and in-laws. Absolutely delicious. We ordered a pupu platter and crab Rangoon and chicken fried rice. My daughter shrimp tempura and loved it!! My in-laws were visiting from Canada and we are from Massachusetts and we met half way!! We will definitely come back. Atmosphere was very nice as well. Our server was pleasant and very courteous. I definitely recommend!! Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Provided by YP.comSo I tried full true sushi for the first time. Was with a friend who knew all about the dishes. This was outstanding and will go many more times. My friend is from NY city and travels extensively. He stated it is the best freshest sushi he has ever had. I had all forms of tuna, oysters, squid, salmon roe. All unbelievable great. It is a must try. If first timer go with someone who knows what to order, you will be hooked

Provided by YP.comThe quiet setting with comfortable seating and large menu make this a favorite when I'm spending the day in Bangor. I usually do lunch here - the menu is less expensive than dinner and very reasonable.

Provided by YP.comThis place surprised us. The food was delicious. We had the sexy jalapeños, sashimi, and the spicy king pao chicken. ALL GREAT! The jalapeños were fresh and so was the chicken. It was not the breaded and fried soggy chicken that seems like it sat there all day. The sashimi came out in an awesome lite up bowl on shaved ice with a bamboo fence, nice touch!! Great wait staff.

Provided by YP.comThe restaurant atmosphere is clean, and a bit romantic. The wait staff is friendly and very attentive. I happily give this a 5 star review.

Provided by YP.comSo far my two favorite meals were the Sesame Tofu and Coconut Shrimp (which has a home-made coconut sauce unlike anything I've ever tasted!) Another thing I've been impressed with is that the egg rolls, spring rolls and crab rangoon are NOT greasy.

Provided by YP.comTried this restaurant about 3 months ago on a whim. Have visited again 3 more times for our date nights. Not only is the presentation of the food wonderful, the food itself is AMAZING!

Provided by YP.comHaving lived in the Boston and Portland area, it was sort of a culture shock arriving in Bangor. It's hard to find any good ethnic food here. While I wouldn't call Green Tea authentic, it never disappoints. It's my favorite Asian restaurant in the Bangor area. I've taken friends and family here and they have all enjoyed the food (and the scorpion bowls too). Although others may think the decor is tacky, I like their attention to detail. I also love the soundtrack they play. Overall, we always leave Green Tea happy because of the great customer service and food.

Provided by YP.comGreat place to eat sushi!!! Prices are fair for what you get, good portions. The fish is great quality and extremely fresh! I live about 4 hours north of any place that serves sushi, every time I go through Bangor, this is where I eat. Used to live in Hawaii for more than a few years so I know fresh fish. Cannot say one bad thing about Green Tea I love it. The owners are always on it trying to bring to every customer the best experience. There staff is well trained and there for you the moment something is needed. I only wish I lived closer!!!

Provided by YP.comGreen Tea is amazing! The highest quality Japanese and Chinese cuisine around!I can't eat Chinese food anywhere else anymore. Their combinations are amazing. I try to get something different every time, but I especially like the General Tso's Chicken combo w/ Crab Rangoon.-The restaurant itself is beautiful; with a great atmosphere.-The food is of the highest quality.-Service is out of this world.-Definitely worth the price.Everyone needs to try this place just once! It will change your view of oriental cuisine forever. I am glad I only live 35 minutes away.

Provided by YP.comI mostly do take-out from Green Tea. They have inventive fusion appetizers (the sexy jalapeno for example) and sushi rolls (maki rolls). A fifth star would be for a different choice on their sliced pickled ginger. Their menu is quite diverse, and I have had the Chinese side as well. Chinese was pretty good as well.

Provided by YP.comGreat restaurant, fresh sushi and great service. We had the delicious Awesome Roll and the freshest Seaweed salad I've ever had. We would recommend this restaurant. Nice way to be introduced to Bangor.

Provided by YP.comThe sexy jalapeños were just what the Dr ordered, however tough with chopsticks Would recommend the pad Thai. The tempura is an aquired taste but good

Provided by YP.comIt's just right. Great full and exotic rolls, never too plain or small. Despite the service being somewhat slow due to under staffing I usually leave satisfied.
