My service was great. On a scale 1-10, 10 being the highest my visit was a 10. I would refer my family and friends. Shannon my hygienist did a great job with my cleaning, and it was pain-free!!

Meaza - Excellent service, would like to see her again. I would recommend her to most people. Shes a good hygienist.

Very nice and accurate. A friendly environment and very fast service. I will definlety keep this office as my children's dentist and my own.

My experience was great. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and the dentist and her assistant were very nice, pleasant and professional. I wanna thank them for giving me a great experience because I was terrified and in pain.

I and my son had a wonderful experience in Kool smile today. the staff that attended to us Jarel and Dr. Schifer were courteous and professional. Jarel final put the smile back on my son Kennedy who was crying after the procedure when he was told he was not to eat candy. Jarel was so nice and took his time to encourage and explain things over to him that finally made him smile and happy. thanks Jarel.

Doctors were very informative and made my child feel very at ease. The staff was very prompt and on time despite the projected snow storm for the day. Cassandra and Dr. Shiefer were amazing! We will definitely be returning.

Kool Smiles always been a good place to come. Everyone who my son has seen do a very good job. Meaza- Hyginese is always on point to cleaning my son teeth, Bell- keep up the good work, Dr. Wihang- Dentist- always tell me if my son has cavities, but glad that he doesn't. I had a great experience at Kool Smiles. The people were very nice and well mannered. My dental assistant, Belle, was really nice and communicated with me the entire time, My dental hygienist, Shannon, was great as well. She made recommendations on the products she would use and while she was cleaning my teeth, she made sure I knew exactly what she was doing.

I'm an frequent visitor of Kool Smiles upon each visit I'm greeted and seen with the best service. The staff is very patient and has a way to calm my girls and mind you I have three that are seen all at the same time and I entrusted them while I run from area to area cause they are all different ages , and I have never had an unhappy child after being seen and receiving procedures sometimes ; but after bragging about how ultimate you guys are from the front office to where the action happens , I'd like to give a special shout out to the three staff members that gave me the best customer service in a long time and I thank you for all your information and support with helping me get my children to healthier approach to caring for there teeth Ms. Cherrie, and Onika, and thank you. Also Ms. Green for helping me to get in and out on an emergency visit you rock , thank you Patterson office for having the ultimate care....

My son was terrified to come to the dentist and have some work done. He was treated by Dr. Brown and Ms. Theresa and he walked out a new person, literally! The next time he came, he was happy and excited to go to the dentist. When we got here Ms. Theresa was not here, and he immediately got scared. Felicia helped him to feel comfortable and he was not afraid to have the work done. I am thankful for this dentist! They even extracted a small tooth fragment without him knowing it.

I really appreciated Belle dental assistant, Shannon the hygienist and Dr. Brown for taking the time out with my son. I am very satisfied with the customer service andepartment care today. Thank you
