Great service, super accommodating with scheduling. They have thorough and knowledgeable inspectors. No sugar coating with this company!

They did a very thorough job checking the house. We're happy with the inspection, inspector, report, delivery, etc. We would recommend and use again.

MI&T was very knowledgeable and willing to give me advice for different scenarios. We scheduled to take an air sample in the morning. The inspector arrived even earlier then schedule! He explained to me what he's going to do and then take the air samples.

This company was fantastic! It is nice to see that they are still people and companies like this! Professional , knowledgeable and sincere with a first class costumer service.

The inspector came and did the inspection on a Sunday, which was awesome, and they got it done pretty quickly. Our appointment was scheduled for 2, but they get there early to check things out so we didn't have to wait around as much.

I was very lucky to have MI&T by my side. They're open 7 days a week and had an inspector come meet with me on a Saturday morning. He was highly knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job sharing and explaining his findings.

My inspector provided me a very detailed report and digs below the surface to find hidden structural damage. MI&T also works 7days a week which makes their services more convenient.

They had an inspector come out to my house, checked the bathroom, and spent almost an hour talking through all of our options. He was patient and answered a lot of questions for us, gave great explanations for why he made specific suggestions, and had really practical advice for how to deal with our issues and what to look for with future problems.

MI&T was super thorough when inspecting my apartment for mold. They explained what he was doing and why he was using certain tools, he even showed me how the thermal camera worked!

Our inspector was very friendly and was able to help me on fairly short notice. He came in, introduced himself and figured out exactly what was wrong

MI&T was excellent, they made sure before, during and after the mold inspection that I was informed continuously. The inspector took me around the house while the inspection was going on telling me the different things that he was looking at and what suggestions he has for fixes or treatment in the future. The inspector did a great job with the actual inspection, and also provided a wealth of information on how my house works, and what issues he was finding that were serious and what could be ignored.
