My friend referred me to MI&T. Office was throughout with all questions and Eric could not have been more informative. MI&T and his crew were out within a couple days and got the job done right and at a great price. The 12 year warranty puts me at ease. I would refer them to anyone I know!!

We had a sink leak into the downstairs unit and collapse the cieling. MI&T replied immediately to my 1am message and was there in the morning exactly when he said he would be. His work was impeccable and his explanations always clear. The peice was very competitive but I am mainly concerned with the job being done right. They covered everything, even helping move items out of the kitchen and removed all the wet damaged materials and dried everything bone dry.

Loved how their website explains everything in such great detail. The person I spoke to over the phone with broke everything down for me and I booked an inspection right away!

Was very impressed and satisfied! couldn't have asked for a better company.
