I retained the Law Office o f Susan G. Taylor approximately 6 months ago to assist me in my Bankruptcy case. I was in a really bad situation with my job loss and medical issues that had arisen for my family and myself. I reached out to her and was at ease after my consultation so I decided to hire her services . The process was so easy that I can say today, I am back on my feet and now doing better. My family and I would like to say thank you to her and her staff with all the help they provided us with. I was at the end of the ropes because I felt helpless and felt like I failed my family. I am on my way to make a better living for my family. Thank you again, for all your help.

First let me say I normally do not submit reviews or questionnaires, but after my experience with Ms. Taylor I felt my opinion may help someone else to make their decision in such a stressful time.
My financial situation had just become extremely unfavorable due to a recent and very expensive divorce which left me drowning in debt and an emotional wreck. I came to Ms. Taylor after researching and speaking to several other attorneys regarding my financial dilemma and seeking my options. I knew Ms. Taylor was the one for me after speaking with her after our initial meeting. She set her schedule to meet with me on Sunday due to my work schedule and took the time to completely explain my options. Ms. Taylor was the obvious choice when retaining an attorney to represent me in my time of need due to her making me feel totally at ease and feeling her compassion that my interest were protected. During the process, Ms. Taylor and her staff took total responsibility regarding my case and relieved me from my stress and worries while ensuring my best interests were always taken care of. She and her staff would promptly return my calls or emails regardless of how many other clients she had to respond to. To sum it up, if you find yourself in he position I did. Look no further because you'll have more than an attorney, you'll have a friend. Ms. Taylor's compassion and expertise will ensure your case handled in the best of care while ensuring you a fresh start.

Susan Taylor is a smart, capable, friendly attorney that has gone above and beyond to assist me with my complicated bankruptcy. I finally came to the realization that I was in need of bankruptcy assistance and that I had to swallow my pride. I was in over my head with credit card and medical bills, payday loans, child support, a judgment against me in Post Judgment Discovery to where I was sinking deeper and deeper into debt. I found Susan's Law Firm through a Google search as well as other bankruptcy attorneys in the area. I called Susan and three other firms on Memorial Day expecting callbacks on Tuesday, Susan called within the hour! She gave me exactly the information I needed to get myself out of this mess, she used language I could understand and spoke to me with a high level of empathy. Highly recommended: I first googled and spoke to a representative (intake person) from Fears Nachawati attorneys.Well, they wanted DOUBLE what Ms. Taylor wanted, and they said my bankruptcy couldn't be done (7)...said I'd have to go chapter 13. In addition, the free consultation with the "real" actual attorney, Ms. Taylor, is what floored me. This woman was not only compassionate, but...she told me things that I couldn't believe that were in my favor! Technically, I wouldn't have to file!!! She told me about creditors and how they try to scare us, but told me about statutes and all kind of things. I am sincere when I say, you have got to talk to this lady and let her handle things while you are in the darkest financial hours of your life. She's going to shoot straight, not over charge, and she will really help you!!! I have NEVER spoken to a more honest attorney in my life!!!

Susan and Rebecca made the process extremely easy. I am very busy and work and live in round rock so I kind of drug out my case. But they were willing to work with me and Susan even gave name/number to a dealership that would work with me while going through bankruptcy. Susan even came in on Saturdays so I wouldn't have to miss much work. She is one of the sweetest lady's I know and I absolutely adoor the old house that her office is at.

Although Susan was not able to help me out (I was not qualified for Chapter 7) she still spent over an hour of her time during our free initial consultation and went over other options and made some very helpful recommendations. She did not have to do al that but she did.

If you are contemplating bankruptcy I urge you to talk to Susan Taylor. Susan and her team are compassionate yet extremely efficient and move the process along with lightening speed. Susan takes the lead on all cases so you won't be shuffled off to a young associate as you are in some big law firms. You will get a reasonable price along with seasoned advise and personal attention to your case. I cannot thank Susan and Rebecca enough for all they did for me.
