I went to CCC for a fender bender repair. The staff were honest and friendly and the work was done in a day. I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg either. I will be coming back if I have any other issues.

CCC is as honest and reliable as they get. They were recommended by a friend years ago and I've gone to him several times, for all types of auto repairs - a/c, body work, mechanical, replacing parts, etc. Only place I go to now.

I am a person who loves change. I never thought in million years that I would change the color of my car though. Until I found Custom Car Crafters and was able to see what kind of work that they do. When I got my car painted by them I couldn't be any happier with the results. They did such a wonderful job.

Paperwork was easy and they had us in and out when we picked up our car. They washed it and cleaned it very well on the inside. It's as if we received a brand new car! I'm very happy with the work. The fact that we have a lifetime warranty on any of the work they did also helps. Did I mention they were on a episode of 'Overhaulin' with Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong? Neat-o!

I just moved to Austin and when faced with a crucial car accident within a month of moving here I was very intimidated to choose a garage. CCC was next-door to the Allstate evaluator so I chose to go with them based on convenience. Repairs on my car went smoothly and efficiently. Ed and Ian led my repairs and couldn't have been more patient and diligent in returning me a brand new looking car. They had great communication with me and listened to all my concerns. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you are an Allstate insured person as they have a great relationship with them.

I had a great experience at this shop. I read the bad reviews and could not relate to any of those problems. My car was repaired quickly, it looks beautiful, and I will be a return customer for years.
