I recently took my vehicle in to Stevinson Toyota for maintenance work as my car had a horrible sound in the engine area. As advertised, Harold got my paper work completed quickly, into a rental, and off to work within 30 minutes. The process was seamless, clear, and efficient. I appreciate the consistent communication provided by Mr. Harold Hines as the technicians diagnosed the car and worked to identify a timeline for getting me back into my vehicle. I recently purchased a Prius and Laura was great. She went out of her way to make sure that the car I purchased was exactly what I wanted. She even came in on her day off to get the car to me after extras were added.

We just repaired our old car for the 3rd time this year investing another $900. Our salesmen meet with us to go over our needs, went out of his way to show up products that were a match, and sold us the Show Room model. We were so excited the next day when he scheduled a demonstration of every bell and whistle on our new car with Drew the product expert. Thank you for helping us get rid of our old problem car and getting us taken care of with the new 2011 Highlander.

I have owned a late model Ford Explorer for several years. While it is a great machine I have been struggling with the gas milage for some time now. Buzz helped me find just the right car, in my budget. Clean, only 55k miles and for the right price. I will come back and see Buzz when my fiance' is ready to buy a new car.

Michael Longmire was great to work with. He got me the price i wanted. He is super friendly and very helpful. Way to go Michael! way to stick to what is said and not flip flop like other people you work with.

The first two times i went in to visit Toyota stevenson east, i was pressured in buy a car. I was reluctant to do business with them because of this type of service. I called in one day to see if they would be able to match a competitor's price. Luckily i called in and received Nelson Im for service. He has been good to my wife and I throughout the process on buying the car. Was able to get the price match from his manager. I have been happy to do business with Nelson Im and i would refer new and old customers for him to help get the sale done for you. Good Job Nelson, and bad job for Tim from internet sales and Alex Asiaw for the poor service they have given me.

If there were six stars they would get them but I guess I'll settle for 5. Yes they were that good. I just leased a 2011 Camry from them and the entire deal was stress free. Everyone involved from Laura my salesperson, to Tim and K.B. in finance made my deal go as smooth as possible. I told them what i wanted, what I was was willing to pay, and what I brought to the table and they never tried to haggle me or BS the price, they just MADE IT HAPPEN! I will definitely return and I would refer everyone thinking about a Toyota to Laura, TIm, and K.B.

My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Higlander Hybrid from Stevinson Toyota. Our salesman was Michael Longmire who was well versed in the facts about the vehicle and always answered our questions with integrity. He followed up our purchase to make sure that all was okay and researched questons about accessories we plan to purchase in the future. The buying process went very smoothly on the evening of our purchase and the staff did not rush through the process even though we finished well after closing. Based on our buying experience, we look forward to using their service department as needed in the future.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Highlander from Michael Longmire at Stevinson East recently and couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was informative, knowledgable about the vehicle and asked the right qualifying questions to make sure we were on the same track about the vehicle I wanted. I've recently retired as a Customer Service Advocate for a Fortune 500 company, so I know good customer service when I get it and this was it! 11 years and 2 months ago, I purchased a 1999 Toyota Camry from Stevinson East, and 192,000 miles later, I still love that car! No, I didn't trade it in... my daughter inherited it! My first experience with Stevinson East customer service was the determining factor in where I purchased, and I'm looking forward to the same excellent service again.
