Very helpful in all areas, Teddy in sales was great in working with me in this deal.

We ended up buying the Toyota TACOMA truck from this dealership. Though we live in West side of Atlanta, we drove to see the vehicle and met with Tony at the dealership. Tony is a superb sales guy who was extremely professional very detailed and point to be noted that he is completely opposite of traditional car salesmen I have encountered in the past. His dedication to the process and integrity was second to none. we were so pleased with his honest and upfront not frills pricing that we decided to buy the truck. We completed all the process on the phone next day and Tony had the dealership even deliver the truck to us in Atlanta (two and half hours away) where we signed all the papers in the comfort of our own house with no finance manager trying to up charge us for any extras. We love the process and Tony is great!

The Dealer was awesome. Every car buying experience should be hassle free and relaxing. Mr. Bo Starke had more than one customer but he made sure to make me feel like I was the only one there. He let me test drive thus vehicles for two day. I would recommend any female to this dealership because they will take the time and care to make sure that you are comfortable with your choice if there is any confusion there will be none before you leave,,,, Thanks Bo and Master Buick.

Ryan, the service representative went out of his way in order to help me resolve the issue concerning my vehicle. Everyone has been professional and courteous during every visit, almost like a Family. I been looking for a new truck for a month and my brother said call Masters in Augusta (where he brought his truck from) and see if they can work you a deal and I'd be damned if they did. Soon as I got there everything was ready to go!!! I sat there and chewed the fat for about 30min and we was back in the road with a full tank!!!! And gave my brother a $50 referral. Caesar Isaza was my sales consultant and made it all happen!

Service center has free wifi, brewed coffee, and a charging station. ...I'm sure I'll have more to say after the appointment. As I am still waiting... the coffee is better than a drivethru, but nothing special. (Because the quality of coffee dwtrmines where to get your vehicle service?) As a smoker (yes, awful habit. Meh.) they have smoking gazebo around the side of the building. Fancy. This should be a great thing for non-smokers as well since you don't have to walk through a wall of smoke to get to the counter.
