Corey Garner from Aptive was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and service in detail. He also was quite knowledgeable about the industry and knew his bugs. He was on time, in fact he was a bit early. Very satisfied.

Damian Granados showed up right on time for my quarterly service! He was very professional & courteous while listening to all my concerns about specific problems, that I was having with spiders, scorpions, & fire ants! He then made sure he sprayed all those areas & sprinkled granules on mounds in yard, along with completing Since I have been using Aptive Environmental for my pest problems, I see less & less flying or crawling pests in and around my home! Corey Garner and his fellow associate, Dontay were very professional and informative about the service they provided yesterday. My name is William Dunham and I am a new customer.

I requested a re-service since I saw a centipede crawling in our upstairs bathroom. Our next treatment is due in a month, but Aptive promptly sent someone to retreat our yard. Marco was extremely professional, asked questions on where live and dead bugs were found and explained where he was going to spray. I have had great experience with Aptive and with all their employees.

Service Pro's name is Marco A. Garcia. He was extremely professional and helpful. He did an excellent job.

Trevor was very nice very professional and very informative cleared a few things up for me from last night's first visit from the sales person and look forward to having him come back next month hopefully find some dead bugs.

I was very please with the service and professionalism that Joey (Service Pro) demonstrated on his visit. He explained in details the treatment that he was going to do and what should I expected after the treatment. He was very helpful.

I recently had my yard treated by Charles Delagarza and he did an outstanding job. I have seen a few spiders, but they have all gone on to glory. I hate all bugs, so to see them npt running around my house is a beautiful thing.

Matt was persuasive and explained the product well. I bought. Nate is service provider and was very professional, courteous and completed work in a timely manner.
Each respected my time. The performance of the system proof will be in the pudding and I appreciate the warrantee.

Despite a misunderstanding on my part, I have now found my new pest control service! Aptive Environmental Representative, Lennoy, came out to service my home today. I loved that he listened to my concerns & thoroughly explain everything to me AGAIN! He was really nice & respected my home & our things. I hope Lennoy will forgive me for abandoning him when a vicious Granddaddy-long leg spider came after me; it was every man for himself! Sorry Lennoy ; )! Hope to see you again!

Service pro, Setu was very good! He arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Which was great because I still had errands to run for the day. Setu was very accommodating and made sure that he did everything I was concerned with in getting rid of the bugs. Great service! I highly recommend Setu to any customers!
