Cindy is a seasoned veteran in real estate. Her years of experience and “professionalism” in her services, marketing, and knowledge of the real estate business set her apart. We just sold our house in 3 weeks because of her ability to price it right, and get our property out to the people who needed to see it. On the buying side, her relationships she has built over the years with other agent’s, enabled us to get the edge on a timely offer for the acreage home we just purchased. Acreage homes are going quick right now and without Cindy’s help we probably would have had to move twice. The selling, buying and moving processes are not much fun, but with Cindy in control, it was an awesome experience. Just recently finding the need to purchase a home on my own for the first time, I interviewed a total of four real estate brokers, and upon doing so, Cindy Belhumeur quickly became my realtor of choice, hands down. I contacted Cindy due to the on-line recommendations of Home Source Group. We had just a sourcing appointment and our relationship will happily end there. First, she showed up 10 minutes late to the meeting with no apology. At the meeting, Cindy was brash, off-putting and extremely unprofessional. It was clear that she had absolutely no interest in my business from the start. If that is the case, I understand. Others have in the past given me facts and figures over the phone or told me they were not interested in serving my area. Instead, Cindy wasted both my time and hers while being extremely rude and insensitive in the process. Simply put, Cindy made me feel like the student in grade school back in the 60s getting a lashing across the back of my hands with a ruler. I would strongly recommend avoiding contact with Home Source Group Residential Real Estate and the Balmers.
