The service I received today from Kyle Nielsen and Josh F. was wonderful! They both were extremely friendly and very informative about their work.They both went well above and beyond taking care of not just the outside but the inside and even our garage. They were punctual and took the time to care for every inch of our home which I have to say is is alot of area to cover. Their service was exceptional and I felt so safe having them in and around our home. I would highly Reccomend Alterrapest ans these two gentalmen to take care of ur needs. They guarantee their service and even come back to check on you throughout the year. Now that's a deal! I'm so happy I can be at ease allowing our puppies to run around with their safe organic product and that well have no more flea or tick problems:) thankyou for the amazing service!

Marcus was friendly Punctual and efficient!

This is a great company! My service pro, Josh F. was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Glad that I won't have to have to deal with those pesky bugs anymore!!

Marcus came out to our house today, he was bright and cheerful! Made the process painless for us and our family.

Jason H did a great job. He was on time, a little early even. He explained things thoroughly before hand and followed up with explaining all that he had done when he was finished.

Josh Fletcher came out to do a re-treatment at my house from a treatment done 4 days prior. I asked Josh to spray the inside where I had problem areas with ants. I also asked him to treat an outside area of the house that did not get done because of a dog. Josh was quick and efficient in doing both areas. Josh was courteous, police, and friendly. Josh explained the difference between the chemicals he was using for the inside and the outside. After the job was done, I received the paperwork and was told to call if the problem persisted. Great Service.

Today, our home was serviced by Joshua F who was a gentlemen and a professional and a GREAT representative of Alterra. We walked the property together and I showed him my areas of concern with respect to bugs, spiders, ants and rodents. He took his time and really was thorough servicing the property, wherein I felt the quarterly service we signed up for is paying off. Thank you Joshua F!! You are the WOW factor for Alterra :)

Today Josh F. from Alterra OC came to our home today. He was very pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he would be doing & how he would be going about it. He answered all my questions & was very friendly. Great person to have at this company! We would refer Josh F. from Alterra to friends & family. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

Ben S. did a fantastic job explaining the distribution of the product and even cleared all the spider webs from the eaves and play equipment. He was very friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home. Thanks for the great service!

I would like to express how satisfied I was with the Alterra representatives that worked at my house. Joshua Fletcher from the Orange County branch was professional, informative, and a respectable young man. He answered all of my questions and took the time to understand my concerns and needs for the work at my property. Also, Ben S. was working around the property with him that day. He as well was respectful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality pest control service. Thanks guys.

Our service by Ben S. was efficient and diligent. He inspected our home, sprayed and cleaned under the eaves and making sure all the critters were gone. He was polite and I would recommend Alterra to my neighbors and especially work done by Ben. Thank you Ben and Alterra. Sincerely a satisfied customer!

So far, so good. Marcus was on time and very professional. He not only sprayed all the areas in the yard but he sprayed our patio furniture too.

We had our first service today. Ben and Alex were great. They did a wonderful job. glad we signed up for the service.

Josh and Evan serviced my home today on a recall and both were courteous and professional. They sprayed inside and out in a timely manner and Josh even searched and found 8 brown widow eggs underneath my patio furniture which he removed and destroyed. I hope to have him out for my next quarterly service...if I get there. Why you ask? Because monthly service is $99, but if you are referred or refer someone, you get $30 your service. The day I signed up after being recommended from my neighbor, I told the serviceman I was referred and my neighbors name so she would get the credit as well. The day before my first monthly service (after the initial spray), Alterra called to confirm they would be out the next day and I reminded them of the referral discount. The tech didn't show and they had to reschedule for the next day (which didn't bother me at all), but when I talked to the main office, they had NO record of my being referred or of any discount for me OR my neighbor! I had been charged the full $99 after reminding them a number of times which, as a client, I shouldn't have to do. What's worse is that two days later I found a brown widow INSIDE my house and called the main office again. Customer service was exceptional. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and understanding of my concern with the widow issue in my home. After apologizing, she offered to have them come back out and not only respray outside, but also inside my home as well. She also apologized that, again, there was STILL NO RECORD of the discount, but offered to process the return while I was on the phone. Ultimately, I was pleased with Alterra's customer service when I got off the phone. However, it's now two weeks later and no credit has posted to my credit card. Sigh. I guess I will have to call in again.

In summary, Alterra has friendly staff, but not the greatest record keeping or pest control. While they can't control all of the spider population, they spray and take down webs too quickly when they do service, as I have found webs, eggs and spiders the same day after they have left. They are supposed to remove the webs and eggs. If they weren't moving so fast, I'm certain that with their knowledge, they would catch these things and save themselves the calls and time of having to reserving homes.

All that said, I'm still really pleased with Evan and Josh. Way to go guys! Keep up the good work. It's because of friendly service like you provide that I'm trying to stick it out with Alterra.

Jason Henry was very professional and was attentive to our pest control needs!

Milton Bratter was very professional despite being on the job only 3 weeks. He was very thorough in his spraying of our home both inside and out and followed my directions. Milton took his job seriously and was very courteous and polite. I hope to see him again for our next service. Didn't give 5 stars because everyone can always improve. Great job Milton and thanks.
