I read some of the reviews and was a little unsure about these guys but they have been around a long time, and you can't do that with out doing some thing right. They had the parts and a few tips to get it done. I can only say some people need to grow up.

This place has been around years, I have used them many times, this time i spoke directly to the owner Abe in the parts department and he would not help me. I was looking for something simple and instead of using his years of experience in the business to get me going he comments he is "not trying to be a smart ass." You are not taking care of the customer if you ever have to off set something you said to a customer by "I am not trying to be a smart ass." In short another local business bites the dust to be replaced by ebay and nothern tool.com

My lawn mower wouldn't start so I went there to talk to somebody,short story rudest people I have ever dealt with, I won't be going back there again

I have used Abe's for two years now and they always have great service and very competitive prices. I'm very happy with the way they treated me as a valued customer. They have an on-site repair center and well stocked parts inventory, as well as the best brands of tools, power equipment and lawn/ranch care products. I give them 5 stars!

I had a Stihl 038 Magnum chainsaw. Unfortunately I bought it used for ~$380. I took it in to get serviced here. ~$240, I was shocked. A few months later after using it 4-5 times I couldn't get it started. I went through all the trouble shooting with no luck. I took it back in thinking, surely this is a resonably repair or is covered based on the $240 I'd just spent. I go to pick it up and I'm shocked again $180 bill (stupid me). So I wait around trying to talk with someone and can't get the time of day from the staff. Finally I paid and left with my saw. The kicker is that it still wouldn't start. Each time I tried to talk to someone there it was like I was imposing and they couldn't take the time to talk with me. Horrible service, slow, gouging prices.
