My estimate said it would take 8 hours, it actually took only 6 1/2. I still had to pay for the full 8 hours. With policies like this it is very easy for a company to take advantage of their customers. During the installation a water line broke, when the water was turned back on muddy water came through all my indoor facets, blowing out the seal in the shower, had to have a plumber repair. Just finally cleaned out all of my drip lines outside. Called them about this on Tuesday morning, never returned my call.

Ed Gonzales came to my property to install a new controller and fix sprinklers so we don't get any more tickets from the water police. He did an excellent and professional job. I will have them back next time I need sprinkler repairs.

Just Sprinklers (Chip G) did a great job with my spring "tune-up". On-time, fast, courteous. Price was reasonable. Will use them again!

Ed Gonzales came out at the appointed time and fixed and corrected my sprinklers. He had to replace two of them. He was courteous, very professional and did the job in short order. I can highly recommend Ed and Just Sprinklers.

I found Just Sprinklers to be very reasonably priced and Carlos and his team who came and installed my new sprinkler system were very professional and did an amazing job. They had to move flagstones, plants, and tons of rock. I anticipated my yard looking like I'd had a bunch of work done, but they were able to replace everything perfectly...and actually straightened my yard up so it looked nicer than when they arrived. I was very happy with the service.

I would like to commend Sergio Munoz for his outstanding work repairing our sprinkler valve today. He was polite and efficient! We will request him in the future if the need arises!!

Mr. Munoz serviced my sprinkler system on 040611 at 5104 Roanoke Ave,NW AQ. He took the time to carefully check each sprinkler; make adjustments; and reboot the command box since the sprinklers were not activating. He was extremely courteous and shared very valuable information without attempting to gouge more business from me. It is not often you see honesty exhibited by companies who are more interested in making more money when additional work is not necessary. I appreciate the promptness and efficiency (less than 1 hour) of the service rendered by Mr. Munoz at Just Sprinklers in ABQ,NM. I plan to contact Just Sprinklers in the near future to assist me in any issues involving sprinkler problems. etc.

I recently had Just Sprinklers add new drip lines, install a new timer and replace the drip line valve in my sprinkler system. When the work was completed, there was a leak in one section of my lawn sprinkler system and two of the other sections were constantly going on/off randomly. The technician who did the work said he could fix it for another $1000 (we already paid $1200 for the contracted work) and left for the day. I called the manager the following day and he told me JustSprinklers "cannot be held responsible for the entire sprinkler system" when they are making repairs on part of the system. He backed up his technician's estimate and said they would need $1000 to fix the problem. Unconvinced, I found another sprinkler company to look into the problems. The second company determined the issues were caused by technician error. In the end, the Senior Technician came out and fix the issues with no further cost to me.

I was told someone would be at my house on a certain day "in the morning sometime," then I received a call they would be there at 12:30; then I received a call from Johnny at 5:00pm saying he was on his way; however, he never arrived. Left Johnny two voice mails to call me; ne never returned my calls. Called the office, the receptionist placed me on hold for five minutes while she tried to find out what happened; whe came back on the line and all she could say was "I don't know what happened." Horrible, horrible customer service. I've taken my business elsewhere.

I would have scored just sprinklers a zero, except that wasn't an option. I called them excited that they do free estimates.I talk to Johnny Carter on the phone. He tells me that he'll be there after 3 to accomodate my work schedule. I call because I get done with work early. The receptionist says she'll let him know. I wait and he's not there early, after a half hour I call Just Sprinklers. The receptionist says she'll call me back, after she find out where he is. She calls back and says he has 3 to 4 more apts all on the west side, and she doesn't know if he'll get over here today. Then she asks to book a new apt. The soonest they can book is 4 days later, and that's a maybe. I say I'd really like him still to come by today. They say they don't know if it'll happen because I am all the way on the other side of town from all the other appointments. I might have been okay if sometime in there I got an apology or they would made the effort to call me about a four day delay. Howe

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT JUST SPINKLERS. THEY WERE THERE TO ANSWER IN DETAIL ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT LAYING SOD, LANDSCAPING, AND HELPED MY KIDS PICK THEIR FIRST REAL CHRISTMAS TREE. WE RECIEVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYBODY WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING ANY TYPE OF LANDSCAPING.
