Ed Gonzales fixed the leaking valve caused by gravel in the water line for the 2nd time in a month. He connected me with the city dept. that takes care of city liabilities so they can determine whether to pay for the 3rd repair of this problem and my high water bill.

Just sprinklers does a great job. Ed is always very prompt, efficient, and explains what needs to be done to repair the system. He gets it right the first time. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience. The kind gentleman who helped me, Mr. Ed Gonzalez, called me ahead of time, was on time, communicated, was spot on in guessing how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost. He was also polite and personable. They got me in the next day after I called them. Will use them again and would recommend.

Ed arrived on time. He proceeded to repair one valve, replace one sprinkler head and a couple of defective nozzles. Then then adjusted several sprinklers to provide better coverage of the lawn. He also described to me an alternate sprinkler that would provide better coverage and provide for a better soak in of the water. I deferred the change out of the improved sprinklers but will definitely consider it when I have the enough lawn redone next year. Again thanks to Ed for a job well done.

Ed Gonzalez arrived much earlier than scheduled, professional and personable. Within a half hour, he had pin pointed the cause of the outage, fixed it and checked another area in the same zone that I thought might be receiving inadequate water. He determined that it may be fungus, there.Just Sprinklers is fortunate to have such a capable, customeer oriented technician.

Ed did a great job finding the problem and fixing it in record time. Ed found a leak in the underground pipe. Dug it up and replaced it in less than an hour. Very efficient.

He showed me how to turn it on manually; he replaced both solenoids; reset the timers, dates, and explained how the system works to optimize usage. I described the issue with my sprinkler system to Ed Gonzales who took that information and quickly figured out the problem. He fixed it with a new solenoid, advised me on resetting the timers, and told me how to winterize the system. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I will call again if I need help. Thanks!

We had a huge leak in our drip irrigation line under a sidewalk which sent lots of water down the street, so I called Just Sprinklers. Ed Gonzales fixed it in just a few minutes. Great response and great work. I will use this company again for future sprinkler needs.

Ed Gonzales came to fix a broken bubbler and helped reprogram the watering schedule in my programmer and taught me some new tricks! He also gave me an estimate on installing more water efficient sprinkler heads. He was very polite and quick.

Ed came by today to look at, what I thought to be, our sprinkler system. It turned out it only needed to be locked in an area of the control box and that is why it would work sometimes and sometimes it would not. Ed saw it in two minutes corrected the problem and did not charged me. An excellent job in customer service. He explained the problem to me in a way that was very simple and in a way that did not make feel foolish for not figuring it out myself. Just Sprinklers is definitely the place I will call next time I need something repaired or replaced in my sprinklers. Excellent Job!!

I just had a wonderful experience with Just Sprinklers. My tech person, Luis Mata, took great care of me. He was on time, worked hard, cleaned up, explained what he did ,and answered questions in terms that I could understand. Luis was so polite and he is an asset to this company. I will use them again.
