I have used Empire for bi-weekly yard maintenance on 3 rental properties since signing up to scheduled service at the beginning of last summer. Following an initial cleanup, they have shown to be a reliable source for scheduled bi-weekly maintenance of these properties. Their prices are reasonable and they work well to schedule the maintenance to fit the tenant's schedule when it comes to pet security during the cleanup process. I highly recommend them to anyone that just wants to have the job done on a periodic schedule and not have to worry about monitoring or checking that you are getting what you pay for.

When I went looking for someone to care for my property's irrigation system, Empire Yard Maintenance responded immediately. Since I live in another state, any contacts with companies/businesses to maintain my property can be difficult. The business which originally installed the irrigation system would not respond to my requests for help.When I asked David at Empire to fix things, he is on the job within a day. And his results are great as well as economical.

Empire Yard Maintenance has been providing services for our HOA for about a year and in that time they have performed beyond our expectations. Their crew is always on time and does a thorough and thoughtful job in keeping all of our common areas and fronts looking great. They are very willing to review other projects and always provide a fair and honest quotes for their work. They have our full endorsement for small and large projects.

The crew is very meticulous and are always willing to do what we ask of them. The pricing is very fair and David always responds when we need him.

Our home is situated on almost an acre with varying types of maintenance needed. Empire Yard Maintenance takes care of everything from weed control in barren areas to trimming and clean up. They also extended some of our existing xeriscaping. Also what is neat is their flexibility to our needs and their billing follows that. What a great company to work with!

My husband and I decided to Xeriscape our front yard so I called three different businesses for quotes. David was the only one to return my call (within two hours on a Friday afternoon, none the less). His quote was very doable and his crew showed up right on time and didn't stop until the job was done. It looks beautiful and is so easy to maintain. He even put in a feature that I designed myself and did it better than I could have imagined! He's the best. No job is too big or too small. Don't hesitate to call him because you will be impressed with his business sense, his professionalism and his prices!

My backyard was overgrown, the pine tree in front had dropped hundreds of needles, my yard was simply a mess. I used Angie's List to find Empire Yard Maintenance. They did a great job cleaning up my yard and have been maintaining it at a reasonable rate ever since. Highly recommended.

Empire Yard Maintenance is a great company if you want it done right the first, time, with workers arriving on time and a fair price. I had winter debris and leaves cleaned up as well as trees trimmed for a very reasonable price considering the amount of work they did.Honest an dependable.

Empire Yard Maint. has really come through for several years. I have elderly parents and he is always available to help take care of their yards at a price we can all afford. He guys are even sensitive to the fact they have a dog that wants to eat them.

We've been with David & his crew since they started their business 5 years ago - service response has always excellent, estimates thorough, work completed on time (weather permitting). This is a crew of hard workers and they are always cleaning up as they work the job. No tools left behind, that sort of thing. If something is not done to your satisfaction, David will get it corrected. David & his crew are hardworking & trustworthy; that is the highest compliment that I can bestow.

I was looking for someone to come clean leaves and debris up in my back yard recently so I checked the yellow Pages and found this company who came to my home and did a splendid job. The price was right is the best part

I had Empire Yard Maintenance clean up the yard of a rental property that had become severely overgrown. They did an excellent job, returning several times to eradicate the grass that had taken root in the gravel. Dave Peltz, the owner, is great at following up, very willing to provide estimates, and generally very easy to work with. I'll be using their services again.
