So excited about my Mother of Pearl Dial Sapphire Rolex from Melrose. I just got it in the mail yesterday (super fast shipping,) and it's more beautiful then I could have imagined. I was looking for something Blue and pretty for my wrist and I found it here. The price is perfect and everything works great on my Rolex. When I ordered it I called Melrose ahead of time because I had a few questions regarding their 2 year warranty and authenticity guarantee. I was surprised to find them open and available on a Sunday. It's great that they have customer service on the weekends. The lady I spoke with was kind and informed. She knew just how to answer my questions which made this process that much easier. I am so happy with my purchase I had to come here and review. Thank you to Melrose for the amazing Rolex and the perfect customer service. Overnight shipping was fast and on time. I bought my very first Rolex from Melrose Jewelers when I got my I first job in the corporate world. I knew having a Rolex would add lots of prestige to my image. I wanted to be taken seriously and show that I belonged with the good ol boys. I bought the stainless steel datejust Rolex. The beautiful diamonds in the bezel always grabs everyone's attention. I've since bought another added a President's Rolex to my collection. When I wore the President's Rolex for the first time, even the president of my company had to stop and gawk at it. I would have never had a chance to buy one Rolex let alone two if it was not for the excellent prices of Melrose Jewelers.

A very nice store. This is definitely one of the best places you can possibly buy from if you're looking for a high end watch. When shopping here for a gift a little while back, I was surprised by the courteousness and personal service of the staff, which went above and beyond what you'd expect. They'll attend to your every need, be very patient and willing to explain anything to someone not knowledgeable about watches. That aside the selection is great, they specialize in Rolexes but also carry a decent variety of other brands and some jewelry. There is truly no better place than Melrose Jewelers. I love everything about this place. I bought my fiance a two tone Rolex as a Christmas Present. She loves her Rolex more than she does me. I think they’ve set the bar higher for which others are going to be playing catch-up. I was in the market for a Rolex when I stumbled onto Melrose. Now, what the watch that I was looking at wasn’t the most expensive, mind you. It was probably one of the least expensive pieces but we all know that this still means a purchase in the thousands. I called them up and one of their friendly staff talked me through my options. I ended up going for one of the Datejust models, of which I am very happy with.

You would not believe the deal I got from Melrose Jewelers. Yesterday I ordered a Rolex as a last minute gift from Melrose Jewelers. I was worried it would not arrive in time for Christmas, but it just arrived. I would say that Melrose Jewelers is a great retailer. I recently purchased a really nice Rolex for thousands less than I had expected to spend. I did my research and Melrose Jewelers had great reviews so I ordered. I am glad I did because I absolutely love my new watch. I like that even though they are used they still come with a two year warranty. It was also shipped the same day I ordered it. I had an effortless buying experience with them.
