From the beginning, Dr. Pittman was more than willing to listen to my concerns and desires with the utmost attention and respect. He was extremely receptive to the size I wanted to be, and my results reflect that. He was honest, helpful, comforting, and an excellent surgeon. I couldn't be happier with the entire process, and the new life I now get to enjoy because of him.

I am 3 weeks post op and love my new breast. I came to Dr. Pittman via referral from another doctor that was afraid to touch my now reconstruction breast surgery. In September I had a breast exchange by another surgeon who completely BOTCHED my implant exchange. I had had saline implants above the muscle for 16 years (loved them) and now one had rippled and I wanted them exchanged. I opted for saline this time in the same pocket, above the muscle and when I awoke the surgeon had put very large 600cc implants below the muscle. I am 5'4" 120lbs. and small frame. I was in severe pain for weeks. Dr. Pittman advised that my body was 440cc max.
I now am in no pain and my new implants look amazing. Dr. Pittman was very honest, very professional and performed my surgery exactly as we discussed. Through out this experience his staff have been helpful, professional and very friendly. I am extremely happy with my out come and very impressed with Dr. Pittman. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pittman supported my choices 100 percent from start to finish. Going back au natural is probably not a common request....but Dr. Pittman listened to and created the aesthetic I was hoping for. Thank you to Dr. Pittman and his entire staff!

After a breast revision gone wrong in so many ways i began to loose hope and felt as if i was going to be permanently damage goods forever. After talking to some friends they highly recommend Dr. Pittman for the job. One look into Dr. Pittman's eyes I knew that he was going to make everything all better. I wanted to replace my implants after having and breastfeeding two kids. I liked my original plastic surgeon that did my implants the first time well enough, but I didn't feel like he spent enough time with me explaining my options and listening to me. So I booked consults with other doctors. Here's what made Dr Pittman stand out -
1. He listened - really listened. I'm sure he's done thousands of breast implant surgeries and implant revisions. Yet he really talked through everything, gave me loads of options, and listened to me. He spent ample time and I never felt rushed.
2. Professional yet warm and friendly bedside manner. I felt like this is huge compared to other doctors. I also felt supremely confident in his skills and decision making, which I felt a major part of.
3. He brought things to my attention that I wasnt aware of and presented options. He guided me on decisions, but never pressed. I felt in control of the decisions.
4. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff.

Dr. Pittman is very personable and listens to your concerns and what you want. I was having a difficult time deciding what size to go with. He guided me to go a bit bigger than i had intended and I am so very glad i did!

He made what could have been a really uncomfortable experience exciting- so much so that I found myself looking forward to surgery because I was so excited for the results! Working with Dr. Pittman was an amazing experience. I had done quite a bit of research prior to meeting with him. He exceeded all of my expectations. He thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I am in my mid 30's and have wanted a breast aug for as long as i can remember. I was always too nervous to have the procedure done because my natural breasts are very small and pointy (tubular). I have very little breast tissue to work with and I didn't want the final result to look like 2 balls attached to my chest. Dr. Pittman helped me determine the best options to achieve the natural look that I desired. The Software he uses was also a huge plus. Lastly, his team was awesome to work with. The whole experience was better than I imagined,

Dr. Pittman performed a reconstruction after a double mastectomy for me a year ago. I look and feel 25 again with no visible scars. Dr. Pittman not only was able to restore my breasts, they are better than they were. I will forever be grateful. He is a true artist in his field.

I absolutely love Dr. Pittman. I started my journey with him after 3 breast augmentation surgeries that left me hopeless. I came to him with no implants in after an implant removal surgery and a very distorted breast. Dr. Pittman met with me as many times as I asked. He listened to me and explained to me what was happening with my body. He gave his strong recommendations which turned out to be exactly what the doctor ordered. During surgery, he made an in-the-moment decision that you could only make after cutting me open. When he explained to me the procedural route he decided to take while I was on the table, it made perfect sense. He has never once left me wondering or questioning. Every question I have had, he has answered and has answered them honestly. He is a perfectionist and you can see that through his work. Dr. Pittman is no nonsense but has a soft side to him that allows you to truly open up and trust him with your body. The staff is exceptional; respectful & patient!

I am a nurse practitioner so I am aware of what good bedside manner looks like and Dr. Pittman and his staff exceeded all expectations. The office is gorgeous, the staff are all amazing and did a great job at making me feel like a long time friend, although they just met me. I definitely recommend this office. I'll be back for my many planned cosmetic surgeries and skin care. I'm happy to be living a sweat free, odor free underarm life!

After having a few consultations I never felt comfortable or willing to move forward with actually having a breast augmentation but after I met Dr Pittman I was like where do i sign and how soon can we have my surgery?!
