As I said before, I have moved cross country several times and this was the best company I have worked with. Kirsten, the packers and the delivery crew were professional and very nice to work with. Excellent experience!

This crew was fabulous! Upon their arrival, our contractor was rude to them and the team leader handled the situation with professionalism. The rest of the day was great! They worked so hard and handled our household goods with such care. I have moved cross country several times, and this was the best crew I ever had.

Autumn was very concerned and answered all questions for us. Very professional and nice. Excellent service from her. We knew everything before what to expect and when.

Thanks to you and the crew you sent over for making MMWA's move such a good experience. Don, Dave, Tony, Marty and Brian were excellent. They went above and beyond in ensuring that we ended up with everything where we wanted it to be. Each person on the crew was helpful and patient as the felt was put on the file cabinets and the file cabinets were moved from place to place.

Sunny told me when she would be in the office and when she wouldn't. When I would email she responded very quickly. I loved that she knew all the terms involved in the pastor's lingo (ie parsonage, call process). I love that she asked if we needed an unmarked car for the estimate. She made me feel comfortable about the move

This was the sigle BEST moving experience I have ever experienced. Jason and his crew were simply , professional at all times, couteous at all times, and completed the move in a swift timeline. They showed up exactly when they said they would. When I started to unpack I was amazed that every box was packed to perfection with care. I would recommend this crew to anyone who was looking for a stressless professional move. Sany Brown followed up with me 2 seperate tomes during the pickup and then the delivery. This experience exceeded all of my expectations from the beginning to the end. Thank you all!!!

Amazing time getting the shipment from Alaska to Texas. The difficult move was as smooth as possible. I'm especially grateful to David who took the extra time to support me through such an emotional move. The extra money was difficult but worth every penny.

The driver was excellent. She will request him if she ever has to move again! Never had anyone take care of their stuff so well.

This was by far our best military PCS in 10 years. We truly appreciated the hard-working, professional and courteous employees of Ferriss Moving and Storage Company. They treated us with respect as well as the things we move around with us each time to make our house a "home." From packout to delivery, we felt we were in good hands and our stuff arrived in great shape. It made a very stressful time for us less so, and we can't tell you how much we appreciated working with a company that treats military members and their families with the respect they deserve. The crew that helped with the delivery/unpacking in Virginia was great, too...we hope you'll contact them again if you have any other deliveries in the area. THANK YOU for a job well done!!!

Andrea was a pleasure to work with as was the mover/driver. Andrea was above and beyond available and accommodating to all my questions in an extremely timely manner. She made this very stressful relocation for graduate school the least of my worries.
