Easy, friendly, and funny. Ferry was an awesome sales rep. The financing department also worked hard to get us approved.

Customer service was excellent and we were able to find a great deal. Discounts were awesome so we couldn't say no. We were able to drive off the lot in a new car.

Besides the pizza, popcorn, and go-cart ride.. they have great customer service. Buying a car should always be this fun, thanks a lot Ronnie!

The customer service is great the staff is very friendly. There was no pressure and they gave us a lot of very good information about the care.

I just want to say that my most recent experience at Puente HIlls was a great one thanks to Javer Esqvel. I had a problem with my Veracruz and was not able to fix itat other dealerships. I took it to Puente Hills and Javer took care of everythign for me with no problems

I have had such a great experience here. WHen I bought my car, I had everyone involved. The salesperson, the sales manager, and the customer service manager, I even got to meet the GM! The sales managers were so helpful, THey made sure I got everything I needed in my car.

I just wanted to thank Larry Rusk and Joey the mechaninc for the outstanding service. At first I was a little worried about the cost of the repair but Larry took car of everything and the cost was even lower than I expected.

Every saturday they have a free car wash and they meet you and give you hotdogs and popcorn and even have free wifi. They even have little water bottles with their own lable. This is the best service I have ever received from a dealership.

The sales person was great, he let me test drive four different cars before I chose mine. So far I have taken my car back for its first check-up and I wasnt charged a penny!

I have been interested in buying a 2011 Elantra Limited for over 2 months now. I have contacted over 12 Hyundai Dealerships in the inland empire, LA county, and Orange County, most dealerships either didn't have what I was looking for, or were very rude on the phone, or had huge markups on the MSRP prices. I contacted Puente Hills, and luckily I dealt with the nicest most honest Sales Man (MANNY SOTO), he was a man of his word, he kept the car for me till the next day (WITHOUT A DEPOSIT), and gave me an amazing deal (totally not like other car sales people, who deceive and bleed you dry for your last penny). If you want to buy a Hyundai, I really recommend Puente Hills Hyundai and more importantly MANNY SOTO. Great guy. If I could give him a rating of 1000000 stars I would.

Thank you to Kelly and all the folks at Puente Hills Hyundai for allowing the Los Altos High School cross country team to hold a car wash at their dealership last Sunday. We operate on a very small budget, and being able to use the car wash facility free of charge is a great benefit to our team. We have held four car washes there in the last two years, and they all have been successful events. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Puente Hills Hyundai. They are an asset to our local community.
