I like to know the price of each tune-up before the work on the car has started. Each time I maintain or tune-up the car, the approximate cost is given to me.

I was very satisfied and pleased with the Service I received. The cost was high but Javier- Customer Service did everything he could with discounts and coupons to bring my cost down. He went a little beyond and that was much appreciated. I also have had excellent service and assistance with Javier (different person) in the Parts Department/Cashier; he is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you. Great Employees...

I have a 2014 Hyundai- purchased new. In the past year, the service is always first rate. My service advisor, Steve is professional, pleasant and explains everything. All the staff makes you feel welcome! I love my sonata and it is always a pleasant experience to go to the dealership due to the staff pleasant, positive attitude.

Came in for a standard oil change. I was told it would take about an hour but it was done less than that so that was impressive. Plus I got a free car wash, so I liked getting car back nice and clean!

Processing is very organized and good enough, but the simple work cost is very expensive. If something comprehensive work they did, OK I will accept it.

Living in San Diego I couldn't just go over and see for myself in an instant. I called and spoke to Ronnie who was super helpful, found the car and confirmed that the specs were correct. He even went as far as sending me pictures of the vehicle so I knew exactly what I was inquiring about. Being that the car was just a returned on a lease it was in their shop getting inspected and detailed. I called Ronnie everyday checking on the status... I'm sure he thought I was a crazy person but I was sure this was my car and didn't want it to get sold before I could get there to see it. I couldn't make it up there all week because of work; however, he was so kind to keep me updated that the vehicle was still available. I went to the dealership today....saw the car and fell in love!!!! I was out driving my new car within a couple hours. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I had the most amazing experience at Puente Hills Hyundai. After spending over a month looking for a vehicle, I saw a car on their website that seemed like the perfect fit. The car was just listed without a picture only the specs.

I really appreciate Ronnie for being so sensitive to the fact that I wanted to be sure about the vehicle before I made the drive up there and provided me with all the necessary information!!! Going to Puente Hills Hyundai was the best decision I have ever made!! Manny Soto was the sales person who helped me pick my perfect car! I just purchased a 2014 Sonata and OMG I love it!! There isn't anything bad to say about my experience there! Manny was so patient and understood exactly what I was looking for. It must have been that we are both from Tucson! I would recommend anybody to go there if you’re in the market for a new car. They offer so much and actually really care about the customer and not just making a sale. "Our high school cross country team and booster club recently held a car wash at Puente Hills Hyundai. The dealership allows local non-profit organizations to use their drive-thru car wash free of charge on Sundays since the service department is closed and the car wash goes unused. The runners' only responsibility was to dry the cars once they came out of the car wash.



This is our group's main fundraiser each year, and once again it was a success. There was a steady stream of cars during the 4 hours of the car wash, and we were able to raise money to help fund the cross country program. Thanks to Kelly Chacon and the rest of the Puente Hills Hyundai team for allowing us to use the facilities. I am sure we will be back next year."
