I moved out of my renal unit yesterday and just found out that I have to have the rug cleaned before I give the keys back. Saw these guys on web and called this AM first thing. Very helpful on phone. They re-arranged their schedule so that they could fit me in. I met them at my condo one hour later. They were a little higher priced than the coupons I see BUT they did an outstanding job. Very professional and caring. Best of all, they got my rugs looking great. Even got out stains the last company could not and I got my whole security deposit back. I recommend these guys.

We just moved to Port Charlotte and had two companies in to give prices for replacing the old tile floor. The previous owners had three dogs and the floors were gross and smelled terrible. As an after thought, I called these guys out to get their oppinion on the floor. They felt that they could clean it and make me happy. The work was backed up by their money back guarantee so I figured I had nothing to lose. HOLLY COW!!! They came in today and cleaned all the tile and grout. The floor is a totaly different color and the house smells great. The floor came so clean that we even had them seal the grout. I was ready to spend about $8900 to replace the tile. For a fraction of that plus no dust and mess, my new floors look almost new. If you are even thinking about getting your floor cleaned, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Prompt, curtious, efficient and awesome workmanship.

Had 3 companies out for bids. They were a bit higher in price than the other two, but they seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, they came out yesterday and did the work. Everything they promised and more. Carpet and sofa have never looked this good. They were on time, very polite, very neat and overall a pleasure to have in the home. Already scheduled them to do work at my mother's house next week. You get what you pay for!

Hired them three weeks ago while we were still in NY to do our carpet and grout in a new house we purchased in Burnt Store Isles. We arrived yesterday to our new home and it was spotless. Carpet looks new and the smell of dogs from the previous owner is all gone. Very happy. Can only hope all future business dealings here in FL go this smoothly and professionally.

These guys were awesome. They were prompt, curtious and new their stuff. My sofas have never looked that clean. Had a VERY bad experience with another local company last year so thought I would try these guys. I am a customer for life. Highly recomend them.

Dog ate a Christmas decoration and got sick last night ALL over my white living room carpet. I called and left these guys a messag last night at 11:30pm. They called me first thing this morning and re-arangd their schedule so that they could get right out to my home. I realy never thought all the poop would come out, but they got every last little bit of it out and it smells wonderful. My family will be starting to arrive later today for xmas and will have no idea of what could have been. GREAT COMPANY!!!! Smaller. homegrown bussinesses always do the best jobs.

Used for the first time yesterday. Own several rental properties and have had many different cleaners over the years. These guys were great. Carpets never looked so clean and they weren't soaked afterwards. I found my NEW carpet cleaner.

Wife hired another company last week based on a coupon ad she had. Company showed up, was very pushy and sold her on a whole lot more than the coupon, then to boot, did a lousy job. After searching the WWW I found Superior here and read the other reviews. What can I say? They came out, were polite, on time and carpet looks almost new. I am a customer for life. Very thankful and pleased.

Called them last week while I was still up North. They were very professional on the phone and took the time to answer all my questions. They came out this morning and cleaned all of my rugs and ceramic floors. LOOKS AND SMELLS BEAUTIFUL! I only wish I could have them do my floors back home.

We're new to area. Found them here on line. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Did a fantastic job on carpet that we thought we would have to replace. Also had them clean all our tile. Our grout changed color and now looks like new. Most certainly will use agiain. Nice to do busness with people who still care about service.

Called last week and they came out and gave me estimate and explained everthing. Had carpet and tile cleaned yesterday. Both look like new. Neat, efficient, very professonal. Price was in line (a lttle higher) than two other estimates I got from other companies but they never even came out to look at my house. Overall very pleased.

Was ready to replace our carpet because last carpet cleaner said they couldn't come any cleaner. Thought we would give it one last try and called Superior. Carpet LOOKS LIKE NEW! Saved me a lot of money and a lot of aggrevation too. Will never use anyone else again. BTW, they also cleaned my sectional sofa and that looks great.

Needed my carpets cleaned badly and didn't know where to look. Found info online and called them. Very helpful and were willing to come look at my carpets to explain what I needed and how much it would cost. Very curtious and professional and ON TIME! Carpets look awesome. Told my mother about them already and they are cleaning her tile and grout next week. 5 Star Service :)

Had them in today to clean the tile and grout in my twenty year old home that we just purchased. Old owners had area carpets down and underneath the floor looked like new. The rest of the grout though, was filthy. It took two of them almost four hours but the floor looks almost brand new. New to the area and set this all up through my realtor who recomended them. Would absolutly use them again. Effecient, professional and take pride in their work.

Their name says it all. After hiring the last carpet cleaner, I had my reservations and did my research this time. After asking some of my friends about who they use, the same name kept popping up. Then, just to be sure, I researched Superior on the www and found that they had an excellent reputation. I hired them to clean the carpets in my home at first. After they did such a wonderful job, I had them back to clean my two large oriental rugs. When they came to take my rugs out, I was ashamed about how clean my tile floor was under them compared to the rest of the floor, so I ask ed them to clean my tile. Now, my carpets, tile and rugs look like new. I think that their prices were very fair but most importantly, the qulaity of their workmanship and the professional attitude that they had, was realy refreshing to deal with. It is really nice to know that there still are local, small businesses around that take pride in the work they do. Would highly recommend using Superior.

I have never used Superior for their service. I will tell you this, however. They are extremely honest and have integreity. I called them out for an estimate to clean my carpets. Upon arriving, the gentleman was very polite and explained to me that they could not save my carept. There was just to much age that they could not reverse and there were lots of bleach spots from where my dogs have had accidents over the years. He told me that they would be happy to clean the carpet but that he recomended replacing it at this point. I took their advice and got new carpet. In this day in age, there are not too many companies out there that still provide old fashioned, honest work. Will definetly call them when its time to clean my new carept.

You are wasting your money if you DO NOT hire Superior!!! My daughter refferred Superior to me for them to clean my carpets. After 8 years of never being cleaned and a few accidents from our dog, I really thought that the carpet was ready to be replaced. Bill Comber, the owner of Superior, came out himself to give me an estimate. He answered all my questions and explained to me how they were going to attempt to save my carpet. Well, when they say they are the best around- that is an understatement. My carpets look almost new and I was so pelased that I had them clean my microfiber sofa. The light cream color was getting dirty where my husband rests his head. That too, looks like new. I would highly, highly suggest that you call Bill and have Superior do the work for you.

For the past 5 years I have had a certain "other" company clean my berber carpets. I called in a carpet store last week to see about replacing my carpet because the "other" cleaner told me that they could not clean the carpet anymore and that they wanted to sell me new carpet becuase mine was....in their words, shot!! Well, the carpet salesman that came out from Hessler Carpet basically told me, Linda, save your money. Call Superior. If they can't get it clean, no one can and then we can talk about replacement. OH MY GOSH!!!! Superior came out and gave me a free estimate and answered all my questions. I felt that the gentelman that came out was extremely honest and knowlegeable and scheduled an apt. Two days ago they came to do the work. Well, I am anoyed that I have been paying someone else for the past five years to clean for me. My carpet looks fabulous and almost brand new. Needless to say, I will not be spending thousands of dollars replacing all my carpet. WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!
