The guys at Perfection Tire have ALWAYS been honest with my family when it comes to tires or repairs. We went there for 4 new tires and they only sold us 2. How many businesses would do that. They have very capable employees to repair any part on your car. Give them a shot at your needs and I guarantee you'll be pleased too.

I had an absolutely great experience with this particular branch. They changed my tires quickly. Gave me the lowest price quote out of anybody the first time around... I didn't have to haggle or beg. They were kind enough to let me know all the services they offered, without being too pushy. I went ahead and did some one stop shopping and got a oil change as well! I immediately went on a long distance trip, the tires held up great! The oil changed did just fine. Overall, friendly staff, really great experience! I would suggest them to all my friends!

I have been taking my wife's car and my truck here for years. Not only are they great mechanics, they take very good care of the customers. My wife was recently there with my 6 year old son who just purchased a wobbly or warble ball. While my wife's car was being worked on the staff took it upon themselves to fill up the ball with air for my son. I was very impressed when my wife told me about this and the staff also wanted to play with the ball. Good people.

Every member of the team is friendly and helpful. As a woman I have found the stigma about many auto places being shady and pressuring unknowing customers into a false sense of security to be true, but not here! I have never felt pressured into any sale and I have no problem asking questions.

I had a completely positive experience with Perfection Tire. I first went to these guys back in August. I had a persistent issue with a tire that I had been getting serviced at another business, that patched the same tire on 4 separate occasions in the span of roughly as many months. I stopped in here one day when the sensor in my car predictably went off again. They were able to get me right in and after pulling the tire to look it over, I was told the hole (that had been patched and repatched so many times elsewhere) was on the sidewall of the tire which is why the seal kept breaking. Unfortunately, he said that it would need to be replaced at some point. However, he said the tread was still in great shape so he gave it a good layer of patching to buy me time and did not charge me for the service. Fast forward 7 months and the patch finally started leaking again. After calling around Pullman I got the best price quote and service time (next day) from Perfection. I dropped off my car around 11AM and by 1:30PM it was done. 4 new balanced tires on, oil changed, other fluids topped off, inside vacuumed, and windows washed. And all UNDER what I was initially quoted by about $30. Fast and friendly service...we will be going back again!

I got my snow tires here and my summer tires here, both swapping and mounting was affordable and the service is quick and awesome! Great guys here!

Respectful and Knowledgeable

I want to thank the good folks at Perfection Tire for fixing my son’s 1979 Ford Fiesta. That’s right, 1979. The alternator burned-up on my son’s trip home to Whidbey Island for Thanksgiving break (He’s a Cougar). This was on a Friday night, but the mechanics at Perfection Tire were there first thing Saturday morning to diagnose the problem after having the car towed from Washtucna. I won’t go into the details of the repair, but these guys found the root cause of the problem and kept both my son and I informed of the repair process, which included working with NAPA Auto Parts (another great bunch of folks), to replace a warranted part. It’s great to know that my son now knows an honest and dependable garage should he have repairs in the future. Thanks to all the folks that work at Perfection Tire, a very appreciative dad.
