Its been two years in a row and I must admit that the staff at Virtual Homes Realty always amaze me. They're polite, kind, and very easy to work with. We always have a blast with each of our rentals and will continue to do so each year.

I always give a company high marks when they take a mistake and make it right. Alina from Virtual Homes Realty reached out to me and made an effort to correct the problem I had. This kind of customer service and effort on the part of the management goes a long way in my book. Way to go, guys. Keep up the good work.

I'll keep this short and sweet and to the point! I would not reccommend this agency for rentals based on several facts. 1st off they will never fix any issues as far as appliances, leaks, mold etc, you rent it and it's up to you to either live with it or fix it yourself. As if that's not reason enough to avoid this place here's a hot 2nd, you know that really huge deposit they require to move in? Kiss it goodbye because they will find away to keep it based on stuff that should of been fixed before you ever moved in or just outright make up stuff. Obviously I'm not a happy customer and really all I van for at this point is take the time to share my opinion and personal experience on here, maybe you have better luck but if not at least you were warned.

As a seasoned real estate investor I thaught I would try to find my own residential income properties in Florida... Wow, what a mistake! After I found Virtual Homes Realty I found 3 properties in the first week and was able to close in under a month. Virtual Homes Realty handled every aspect of the deal and over-saw the preparation for rental and then tookover every aspect of the Property Management.

I have delt with a number of Property Management Companies for many years. Virtual Homes Realty team has been our management company for the past 4 years and have done an outstanding job for our community. They have saved us thousands of dollars and have provided us management service way beyond any other company that we have worked with. The staff at Virtual Homes Realty is allways a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and professional property management company in Florida.

My husband and I are considering a move later this year, so we made an appointment with Alina to view some houses and get a feel for the area. Alina was fantastic! We felt really lucky to find someone so personable who also had an in-depth knowledge of the area's history and neighborhoods. She clearly has a well-established network of experts at her disposal, and I'm positive that if we do move to Palm Coast, we will use her services, and that we will have the best chance for a successful transition due to her expertise

These con artists need to be investigated they just lie and steal from innocent people & now i see how they stay in buisness......Im not going away that easy!!!

I have had a great experience with Virtual Homes Realty from needed home repairs to renewing my lease. They have been always friendly at their office and on the phone but most important quick to respond to problems. I would recommend them because of this.

Me and my husband rented a house from a different realty company 2 months before our less is up the relater passed away (R.I.P) and we got Transferred to Virtual homes realty

They never came to Repair nothing that we have complained about !!!! And that house had many issues , such as a Leak from the bath to the bedroom carpet which Cause mold and I called many times .... And no one came to fix it , had a leak from the roof as well no one did nothing about it .

I was very Upset that no one cares about us and I just had a baby that I don't want him to breath mold !!!!

Anyway we looked for another house and the last moth or the rent people came to see the house all the time without even letting us know that they are coming !

After we moved out my husband Called a cleaning company they did a great job I went to check and it was super clean we paid $150 , 30 days later I got a letter from Virtual homes realty that they are taking $400 from the deposit for Damage and repairs at the house ! .... I could not believe that , so I called and got transfers from one person to the other fir 2 weeks they keep telling me they will call me back they will check NO ONE CALLED BACK !!!!

They didn't want to send a recipe for the reapers and the things that they fix at the house to prove that they actually fixed it , they did not had any pictures to Prove that we are the one that Damaged the house , I had pictures from the day we enter the house and those things where there !!!!

SO MY A DEVICE TO YOU DO NOT RENT/BUY FROM VIRTUAL HOMES REALTY

THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN !!!!

These people are scam artist... We moved out at the end of our lease and they sent us a trumped up $2k+ bill for damages that were there before we ever even moved in. Check their rating with the BBB, They have a well deserved F.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are very deceitful, and run a @#$% poor operation. They will tell you one thing and then when its time to leave they will find every way to nickel and dime you to death regardless of your efforts, they will squeeze every last penny from your security deposit. They Lie, and withhold vital information, and they are poor to respond when in need of repairs. When they do respond ..good luck in getting it done right. You have been warned..I wouldn't rent from them even it was for free!! AWFULL BUISSNESS PRACTICES=, AWFULL TREATMENT OF TENANTS. Also the only people giving this company 5 stars are curreent employees!!

I have been renting from virtual for years, and I love them. My original lease was a short sale, and alina fought with the new owners to let me contiunue my lease, and when we did have to move, she took me numerous times to look at houses until we found the right one for us! The issues I have had with the house since we moved in have been minor and have been taken care of promptly and with care for my family. I will continue to rent with them until I buy my own home, and then I will use their company to find it for me!
