Monty B. provides thorough service. He is friendly and professional. He always has answers for my questions and provides any information I need at the time of service. I'm very pleased with Monty as well as customer service at Aptive.

Jim VanAntwerp took care of our house for our quarterly service and did a great job. We had a lot of bugs coming in the house when we moved in and Aptive has done a great job keeping those bugs at bay. We have had no issues since we started using their service.

Matt did an amazing job today! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and cared very much about our well being. I highly recommend Matt for any aptive service.

Ernesto was so helpful and kind; I asked him to check for wasps in the recesses of our deck railings and he found and removed seven wasps nests. He was such a wonderful representative of this company!

I just wanted to give a shout out and a thanks to Nathanael for the service he provided and so far we have seen a huge reduction in the bugs. We were able to sit outside for the first time at night and not get eaten up the bugs. Thank You!

Nathanael and Harrison both did a great job with our first service. They seemed to know what they were talking about and were very friendly. We will wait and see how effective the service is in the coming months, hopefully no more bugs!

The people with this company are punctual, friendly, and very professional. Charles initially came to our door and was wonderful! He was able to answer every question I had on the spot & contacted his manager regarding a major health concern for my husband and son. I was informed that they use naturally based ingredients and was very pleased. When the treatment team arrived, I was greeted by two friendly faces; Cat and Tony (the manager himself!) Cat was VERY informative. My children greeted them and told them all about the pests we have seen and Cat/Tony were so patient with my children! I noticed respect of our belongings, furniture and careful placement of product. I was educated well regarding ingredients used,the purpose of each product, and the purpose of the placement of the products. When I inquired if they could spray near and around our swing set for our children they gladly did so! The price, referral program, and people are all wonderful. Would refer to anyone!

Jeremy and harris came to my house for my second quarterly service today. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and i are both very impressed and happy with our decision to use aptive for our pest control needs!

Cat was very informative, courteous, and respectful. She let me know what she saw while servicing my lawn, and what to expect in the future and tidbits of the formula. If everyone is as helpful as her, my first year with Aptive will be great!

I've been a customer of another Pest Control company for 10+ years, but due to the professionalism of the kid that came to the door (Matt) I decided to make a switch. I was not disappointed when my Tech (Mike) arrived for my appointment. He was prompt, courteous, and very mindful of my time and was at ease with my dogs.

Jeremy came today 6/6/16 for my first quarterly treatment. He found a wasp nest in the porch flood light and also a mud dobber nest; he zapped both of them for me and did an extra ant treatment in the garage.

Matt came for the initial treatment on 5/7/16 and did a great job as well.

Both young men were very professional, friendly and polite.

Please give both Matt and Jeremy a WOW.

Ernesto and Mike showed up on time, and were very friendly and informative. They were respectful of my time and my property, and were very professional. Ernesto let my 6-year-old son show him where all of the spider webs were around the house, and even swept his playground set and treehouse!

Mike arrived promptly as scheduled, then proceeded to explain everything he was going to do and encouraged any questions I had about treatment. He was friendly, professional and did not shy away from any questions that we had. He encouraged us to call if we have any problems in the future, as their service is guaranteed.

Jeremy explained everything to me about the products they use and how they work. I am so happy to have a pest control company that does things right!
