I called Reliable Garage Door out to my house because my garage door wouldn't open. They were able to come out within a hour and fix my garage door very fast. Jame Whittle was very polite and professional. He recommened a few things without being pushy. I did do the things he recommended and my door is working better then it ever has. Thank you Reliable Garage Door.

After a tree falling on my roof and two days without power, I find a broken spring on my garage door...I was having a bad weekend. I called (on a Sunday), and got a call back within about 30 seconds. Chris came out the next morning and upon closer inspection found a couple of other problems. When I found out how affordable a new door would be, I decided to spend the money on a new door instead of repairs. I fully expected to get a new door in a couple of weeks, but Chris got on the phone and said someone could bring one that afternoon. Unbelievable! Andrew came out and installed the door that afternoon, and was more meticulous than I would be. All work was professional and on time as promised. I couldn't believe the service. Quite exceptional.

I am so overwhelmed with the service I received from Reliable Garage Door. The lady on the phone was friendly and polite and she got me schedule right away which was amazing because I thought I would have had to wait until the next day. Then in a few hours Bryan was at my door. I had a broken spring, he was very good at his job, you could really tell he knew what he was doing, went over all the options with me and I got to choose which option fit into my budget, once the details were worked out, Bryan got started on the job. Thanks to Reliable Garage Door and their amazing staff, I am so happy and will tell all my friends of this excellent service I received. Above and beyond my expectation!!!

I had to have a repair done on a garage door. Called in for service on Sunday, and had the technician complete the repair by 11:30 Monday morning. Not only did the technician, Gerald do a great job, he also diagnosed/fixed the underlying issue.Will certainly call Reliable Garage Door for future work.

James did a great job fixing our garage door. It took him less than 20minutes to do so. Very professional and honest. Would call him out again if needed.

Our new door was selected and installed within one afternoon thanks to the excellent service provided by Jeffrey and Gerald. Jeffrey's presentation sold me on the spot. The old garage presented a few challenges all adeptly handled by Gerald. The old broken Masonite door was carted off per contract. They truly live up to their name, Reliable.

Reliable Garage Door fixed my garage in a fast and friendly manner. Their prices are very reasonable and they accomplished their work faster than the quoted time which was great. It was great experience overall. The tech Chris was at our location at 4PM on the dot. He was very informative. He was only going to replace the garage door opener at first. I was pleased that he gave me the facts about the wear and tear on a new opener if I didnt replace the rollers. I also was glad that he was willing to replace the weather stripping on the garage as well. His professionalism really impressed me. He turned down our offer to eat dinner on us and just stuck to his task at hand. I would recommend your company to a friend in a heart beat. It was also nice to know that there is a ten year warranty on the work done today! :)

I called Reliable Garage Door and in less than 15 minutes, James was at my house! And within 30 minutes the problem was solved. James was extremely thorough and professional explaining what was needed, cost and time involved. I could not have been any happier at having my problems solved so quickly and prices were certainly competitive with other companies.

A racoon got trapped inside our garage and did a lot of damage including the door wiring. Called the RGD man who convinced me that now was the time to replace the 51 year old door. Gerald Roberts, the tech man, did a very efficient job putting in a new door in only about three hours. Makes the house look 40 years younger.

My garage door spring broke. Called RGD for service. The service was great! Prices are outrageous. I feel as if I had been robbed. I can never recommend this company based upon this...it is a rip off. Yes, I paid it - was desperate.....Take your money and go elsewhere...you will get much better pricing

All my questions were answered in a thorough and professional manner by Jeff on site. I appreciated upgrading to a higher quality spring for a reasonable upcharge. My older opener was repaired and both doors are now working well. The 5 year warranty is a comfort as I have replaced springs on this door 3 or 4 times, it gets alot of use. I really appreciated Jeff's excellent workmanship and courteous service.
