Laurence Elliott was extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with my experience purchasing my first new vehicle. I was in a rush when I purchased my vehicle and they were able to get me out in a timely manner. I would come back to Mike Piazza Honda and will recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the 3rd Honda I leased from Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne. As always, the people here are friendly and helpful.

Purchased my vehicle from Mike Piazza Honda and had an exceptionally good experience better than many previous purchases. Recently I had an issue with my vehcle while on vacation and was forced to take it to a Honda dealership in Florida. They were nice but they didn't correct the problem. I called Guy Conlan who got on the phone with the service manager in Florida and he walked them through the diagnosis over the phone. Guy is absolutely the best! When I am home I will never take my car to any other dealership. Thanks Guy.

I honestly would not think of going anywhere for a car but Mike Piazza Honda. From service to sales, leasing etc everyone is great!!

We walked away from Mike Piazza Honda and I had to literally bite our tongues to not make a scene. I was willing to pay them that day for a 2011 Honda Pilot and they could have had a good deal. The general manager is a real class act and not only was he only willing to come down only $500, he then had the balls to say I could finance through him! We said, "Do we look like we are stupid? You aren't willing to negotiate AND you want ME to give YOU more money by financing through you?" Look we did our homework, I know what the car is worth, what you probably paid for it, and what I'm willing to pay, and he wasn’t willing to negotiate so we moved on a purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from one of competitors for a much better deal last Saturday.

These guys give dealers a bad name.

Ron Dworsky is a great example of the care, concern and genuine customer service that has kept us coming back to Mike Piazza Honda. You will always have my business and my gratitude because of people like Ron. Exceptional service.

Vince, the finance manager, did a stellar job. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. My salesman, George Farrell, did a very good job in getting me the vehicle I wanted and at a decent and fair price. I really appreciated how many times he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend George and Mike Piazza Honda for your next vehicle!

BEWARE!!! Bait & Switch!!! I posted a used Honda on craigslist for sale at price A. I received an unsolicited call from Mike Piazza Honda saying they wanted to buy it at price A, even though i advised I was not looking to trade it in. After a few phone calls and repeated statements of price A and my firmness on price, Mike Piazza Honda advised they wanted the car at Price A and to come in. I drove in and without even looking at the car, the Manager (Gene) offered me 30% less than Price A and blamed it on the rookie salespersons (Anthony) mistake in offering me Price A. REMEMBER, they didn't even look at the car before dropping their offer by over $3,000.



Was this an honest mistake after 3 phone calls, statements of prices and promises not to waste my time??? I THINK NOT!!! I spoke to another Manager (Joseph) and was given an apology, but no change in offer, or offer of any kind to make up for what appeared to be Bait & Switch tactics. Not even a tank of gas for driving 60 miles & 2 hour round trip which they were advised was my trip.



I would highly suggest you think twice about buying from Mike Piazza Honda. They pulled a devious trick on me and this leads me to believe they will have additional underhanded practices in store for you. BEWARE!!!

Wayne Slater was truly the finest salesman I have ever dealt with - no pressure, knew all the car information, attentive, polite and just wanted to get the right vehicle for our driving needs. I would recommend him 100% to anyone and everyone!

My salesman, Allan Brace, was wonderful. He was not pushy and let me take my time.

I bought a used car here not to long ago and I couldn't be happier. My sales person was great to do business with but most of all I have recently taken my car there for service and inspection and they had it back to me the same day with no problems. I will continue taking my car there for all its future maintance and recommend buying a car from them and continuing your business with them through there service department.
