Roto Rooter arrived at my house within an hour of my call. Nate Williams was our service man. He was in and out in half an hour. He was very informative about why and where our leak occurred. I was very pleased with our service. Thank You Roto Rooter.

The experience was great. My drains were cleared swiftly and the problem was identified! Excellent!

We were on vacation for 1-week and came back to the kitchen sink leaking underneath the cabinet ... thought it was b/c of the cold temps, but no ... it was the old sink basket (unbeknownst to us!) -- called a local plumbing company, but they could not come out over the wkd. All of this happened on a Friday afternoon - so our next call for plumbing services went to Roto-Rooter and customer service said they could come out the next day (Saturday) with no addt'l fees due to being a weekend. Guy (plumbing) fixed our kitchen sink and was very informative as to how he was fixing it. And then the water restoration service (Ryan) that Roto-Rooter provides at no cost came over within 40 mins AFTER the plumber left to assess if there was water damage under the sink with the wooden cabinets...no water damage (whew!) b/c we called Roto-Rooter right away when we found out what the problem was ... and the customer service & service technicians (Guy & Ryan) were prompt and courteous with the services ... HOORAY! We will call Roto-Rooter again for our plumbing/water restoration services in the future!! As for the other plumbing service, I cancelled that appt right away because our water problems were completely fixed by Roto-Rooter! Thank you very much for your services :)

They showed up when scheduled and worked hard to get my problem solved. I've had no issues since. A job well done.

So yesterday morning I called Roto Rooter to have them snake my sink drain. They told me they would be there between 12-4pm. At 3:30 they called me and said I would be the next service call but that it wouldn't be before 4pm. I cancelled my plans for that evening and waited for them. At 7:30pm they called me and said they would have to reschedule for the next day. I was again disappointed but rescheduled for between 2-6 the next afternoon. They were at my house from around 4:25-5:15 to snake my drain the next day, however for that 50 minute window they charged us $325 which I thought was a little expensive/excessive for 50 minutes of time. I spoke to a plumbing friend of mine who said normally 2 guys for an hour and a half is $325, and this was 2 guys for under an hour, so I believe they did a good job snaking the drain, but not sure the pay was worth it for the short time there.

After running into problems with a couple of local plumbers, we decided to call Roto-Rooter. So glad we did, our Tech, Jerry had our issues fixed in no time at all! We are so happy and will be using them for all our plumbing going forward.

I had a unique plumbing issue in a house I recently purchased. None of the problems were disclosed and the inspector did not catch them. One call to Roto-Rooter and techs were sent right out. The problem required more and Roto-Rooter sent more. Randy, tech #1542 went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of including some minor issues that were noticed during the repair. Josh Whitow, tech #1987 was also a big help with making sure the issue was taken care of. I would recommend them to everybody.

Its 4th of July weekend - tons of family coming in from out of town. Our septic system went kaputz last night. We called Roto-Rooter last night and they were here at 8:30 this morning. THANK YOU!!! With a few plumbing ninja techniques we are back in business at 10:00 am! Crisis averted, thanks to Roto-Rooter!!!

After being disappointed with their services, I was called the next morning by a very helpful and professional individual, Kelvin Suarez. He wanted to "make things right" to show integrity within the company. I was very hesitant and had called several plumbers to come in to get estimates. Instead, I gave Roto-Rooter a second chance to redeem their reputation of good service. Daniel Deluca, TECH 320 went out of his way to see that I was satisfied with the work that was being done. He explained everything that I needed/wanted to know and even set me up for an estimate for re-piping of the whole house. I now have water, am very happy and would do business with them again. Thanks gentlemen!

We called Roto Rooter to help us with a hot water issue in the master shower. The plumber came out assessed the problem and explained he would switch out the diverter. The first attempt at fixing the issue did not work, still no hot water. He was patient and said this brand was notorious for this issue. The other option was to replace the entire bulb which corrected the problem. Thanks guys, now my wife is happy, so I'm happy!!!

The Service was fantastic from first call to the Nate (the plumber onsite). The were able to get someone out to with in 2 hrs of my call. Nate was able to figure out was was going on with in the first 10 minutes her was here. Once he got to work he explained everything that he was doing so it didn't seem like here's money for nothing. In no time he had my clogged pipe cleaned out and flowing again. I would recommend to anyone in the Jacksonville, FL area. Couldn't be happier.

I was not satisfied, when asked to sign an invoice with a price already written, prior to any evaluation! However, this matter was clarified and an evaluation was conducted and a price was agreed upon. Jacksonville Roto-Rooter Plumber David LightFoot was thorough in performing his duties in a professional manner. I was most impressed with his outstanding customer service. His plumbing recommendations for preventive maintenance use of Pipe-Shield and providing an excavation proposal for future work if desired. Plumber David explained step by step what he was doing, this was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Jacksonville Roto-Rooter Plumbing services to my neighbors and family.
