Absolutely love Dr Williams and ALL of the staff here!! We always had a good experience when we came in the office.

Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and caring with us. Guided us through the process and answered all our questions.

Dr. Williams is the best! I cannot thank him enough. People who believe in luck, I have to say he brings luck along with his expertise in the field. The staff are very friendly and I really appreciate their 24 hours service line which made me feel safe at all times.

The nurses at HFI was the best that I came across in a long while. Very personable and friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I have never been stuck so much with a needle and I must say that I was never uncomfortable. Dr. Williams was precise and straight forward and I liked that. I was never kept waiting and the front desk was always friendly and inviting.

All staffs are very helpful. Dr. Williams and his staffs provided us the all the information about the procedure, timeline and answered on time any of our questions. .

Everything was great and the staff is super friendly. I loved how all my results were easily visible through the ivf app.

Rene has been wonderful and sweet she is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly - I love coming to the Pearland Office.

When we planned for a second baby, coming to HFI and meeting Dr.Williams was an obvious choice. We conceived our first baby also here with same set of doctors and nurses ( specifically Nurse Maria Garcia) and we could not have had a more smooth experience. Right from planning phase to the FET and then the prenatal check ups, we were informed about each and every step along the way. I would definitely recommend HFI and Dr. Williams to anyone in need.

Dr Williams was very personable and knowledgable in his fertility approach. I had a great experience with him. He has a great bedside manner and I will continue to refer him to other potential patients. His staff is amazing and they are very responsive to messages in a timely manner.

Dr. Williams and his staff immediately took action to make this pregnancy progress. After three losses coming in here I was terrified, but every visit they made sure to give me great reassurance. I absolutely appreciate everything they have done for me to get me this far. When I speak my story to others going through the similar experience I will defiantly recommend HFI.
