The service department at Royal Moore Toyota is very professional, they are always in a great positive mood! I not only had a great buying experience here but also every time I have came after as well. Pleasure to know I can always relay on them when my car needs work!

I came by to Royal Moore Mazda looking for a Miata. The only decision left is copper red or liquid silver. Both are really gorgeous. It was either one, but I really like the liquid silver because you can see more details, the shape of the car. It was really a great buying experience. Thanks to Ken H. Excellent place to go buy your car or to get it service at Royal Moore Mazda! Trustworthy mechanics, efficient repairs, and competitive prices. I've had a variety of work done on my car here: new breaks/rotors, new shocks, horn repair, window replacement, and more. I've always been very pleased with the quality of work. Moreover, the owner is pleasant to talk to, explains everything clearly, and responds well to questions.

Ever since the renewed ownership here, everything has been superb. You can't ask for better service from their service department. They even remodeled and fixed up the premises. Can't be happier with my Mazda 3S 2.5L !

We had about 3-4 car models that we wanted to test drive before making any decisions. We stopped by Royal Moore to check out the Mazda CX-7. We met with Ken and explained to him that we were just looking to test drive the car. He showed us the car and told us about it. He then took us on a long test drive that really allowed for a good feel of the car. There was absolutely no pressure and we were never asked to "talk with the manager" or "run some numbers". We left the dealership with a good feeling. After crossing the other vehicles off of the list, we returned to Royal Moore the next day to begin the purchase proceedings. We were prepared to haggle not only the price of the car, but the value of our trade in. About 10 minutes into it, Ken came back with an amount for our trade-in that was exactly what we had in mind. About 20 minutes later, Don, the sales manager came out with the first round of numbers. The monthly payment was what we wanted, but the term was 12 months longer and there was some extra down payment. We sent Don back, he returned about 10 minutes later with the shorter term, no down payment, and about the same monthly payment. We were both shocked as we had only been there about 30-45 minutes, and were already done. Overall everyone was very friendly, and we were very pleased with our purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Can't begin to say what a fantastic experience I had dealing with Royal Moore GMC Just purchased an Infiniti G37, and from the moment I arrived on their lot through to signing on the line, my experience was the best I've had.

I'm a car lover and own a few so I deal a lot with dealerships and they are very good at this one. They sold me my 2012 Yukon and gave me a good deal. They were quick to close the deal so it made everything a lot faster and easier. Would come back in the future.

Just talked to the sales guy today to purchase a new car and everything went very smoothly. You do have to do your homework first and decide what you're looking for. The sales guy certainly knows his business and is very professional and low key.

I was looking for a new Mazda 3 I touring I live in Spokane and saw the add in the Oregonian for a great price. I emailed & spoke with Henry the internet salesman over the span of a week. I was told by other dealers that they couldn't possibly sell that car for the price they had it advertised for. But I risked the drive to Hillsboro and it paid off. Got the car for the ad price!
