Wilson Rhodes always provides great service! They have a friendly staff and have respond in a timely manner.

Wilson Rhodes was referred to us from our realtor when we bought our duplex in Greenville NC. What a mistake. He is not very pleasant and is very hard to get in touch with. Does not return calls promptly and when he does has an attitude. He gave us a quote to fix something last summer and it was for around $1300 and now he said he couldn't remember what he quoted and now it is $1800.00. We got a second opinion who was great, Robertson's and it only cost us $400.00. I feel like he has been scamming us for two years with work that he has done. I had to get a new air conditioner (he said) and now I am not sure if I really needed it or not. Not at all happy and would never recommend them to anyone. Call Robertson's.
