For my first visit, I am very pleased w/ their overall service and professional service rep, Evan. I look forward to using their services for any maintenance needs that I will have in the future.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. The service I received on this visit was the most professional and satisfying I have received.

The receptionist was amazing help us without little ones during the process.

This vehicle purchase was an amazingly different buying experience from my previous vehicle purchases. I was not pressured nor hounded by the sales staff. My salesperson Aaron Cortinas was phenomenal. He made my purchase smooth and seamless. The entire staff at Rusty Wallis has made me feel at home and have all been very helpful in answering my questions.

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience. I must tell you Richard McQuarters (spelling) is a true asset and a great communicator. I will return time after time because of the service and representative like Richard.

I was once told that apathy is the number one reason most businesses fail. On the contrary, Rusty Wallis VW's staff has proved that their caring about their customers will keep Rusty Wallis in good graces with me for a long time. As a long time owner of four consecutive VWs since 1985, I am writing for the first time because I have been working since 1970 in customer service, management and have been self employed since 1989, you need to know of the great work their staff provides.

We will use their service department for any of our needs and when it comes time to trade we will go to Rusty Wallis VW based on their service department.

I appreciated Evan's explanations of work to be done and updates throughout the process. Great service, just wish they were closer to where I live.

After having bad experience with the dealership close to my home, when I tried to purchase a VW, I am always amazed at the service right from the day I purchased the vehicle to now given to us by Rusty Wallis VW is over 20 plus miles from my home, I still go there because of the exceptional service they provided when I bought the Touareg to the service they provide. Rusty Wallis is the go to place for my service and my next vehicle.

Evan and staff were wonderful. Friendly, fast, to the point and professional. Very prompt and all over it!

We love all the staff we have met to date. Everyone has made us feel welcome and appreciated. The service contract was Richard McQuarters. He did an outstanding job and as a parent, made us feel that our daughter's future auto needs will be met.

Excellent service, transportation back to my house and returning to pick me up, reasonably priced work, thorough explanation of what was taken care of, if there was anything that was outstanding and when the next service would probably be due. Facility was spotless with ample seating for those waiting for their repairs. Computers available for those waiting. All was excellent. Evan steele my maintenance representative did an excellent job in notifying me of the needed repair on an earlier visit, scheduling me in to get that work done and coordinating my transportation needs while the car was being repaired.

I live over 30 miles from Rusty Wallis, but continue to come to this dealership because of the great service that I always receive. Jeff Fagan and his team are the reason that I will continue to bring my business to Rusty Wallis VW.
