Spa Kingdom has provided the best service of any company I have worked with in the last 50 years of shopping and buying many products. Leanne provided services beyond all expectations. I wish this kind of top quality of service and willingness to work with the customer was provided by all the companies I where I shop.
For part of my career I trained customer care to company employees. Spa Kingdom sets the standard for customer care.

Mike did a real good job cleaning our hot tub

Thought $250 was too much money for half an hour work w/2 gaskets replaced. The service man was great, but charge was too high.

They are really nice when you are shopping and paying up front before delivery will be made. Once they delivered and installed the hot tubservice stopped. First they promised they would teach how to use all the features but it was cursory and inadequate. From the time we bought the tub five jets kept blowing out. The jets are under warranty for two years. The hot tub was delivered to us 12/3/2018 so we should still be under warranty. They came once and replaced two and put the other 3 back in. Two of the three were still
blowing out. We called again and they said over the phone they would come out and look at it and not charge a service charge since this had been a continuous problem. They came and replaced one jet again and put the other back in and It still continues blowing out. Almost 3-4 months later we get a bill for $90 for the service charge which we were told over the phone there would not charge us as this has been a continuous problem since purchase. Now they say no one told us that and since it was just a phone conversation we have no proof. Now they will not even order another one unless we pay the service charge. I would not recommend Spa Kingdom.
