Came in for Hair Removal. Started off doing smaller areas such as my upper lip and under arms. Added on bikini and legs and I can seriously say my results were amazing. The prices were reasonable. It was the best money I have ever spent, totally worth it! The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Since coming I have referred multiple friends and we are all very satisfied. I would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. I can't believe how at ease I felt with something I would normally be nervous about. They had a lot of services to pick from. I can't wait to go back. I can see the difference already. I have been to places in other cities that made me feel self conscious... but this was not the case here. I have a feeling they'll be getting all my skincare business from now on.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. The staff was extremely nice and they really made me feel comfortable. I've had 2 things done, the facial laser and the microdermabrasion. I loved it and will be back again.

I was going to wait until after my last appointment to review this place but looking at myself in the mirror the last few weeks and noticing the huge difference in my face, I had to share.......

My favorite season in MI is summer!!! I'm on Lake St Clair boating and in the sun every chance I get!!! Unfortunately, I didn't take care of my skin like I should!! I rarely wore sunscreen, slept with makeup on & hardly ever moisturized my face. Well, now that I'm nearing 40, I see the sun spots, discoloration and other small imperfections slowly appearing out of nowhere!!! So, while I was visiting my parents, I started googling places nearby and luxury med spa popped up. I saw the horrible reviews but being in the hospitality business, I know that sometimes people like to give false reviews for whatever reason. Plus there were a few good reviews as well so I thought I'd give this place a try. I had my first appointment in October. I was completely uncomfortable having anything done to my face but they made me feel comfortable and answered the million questions that I asked. I however did freak out when I noticed more imperfections than usual on my face after the first few procedures but my tech did warn me that it would happen cuz every zap would bring all of it to the surface. I guess I didn't realize how disgusting my skin was underneath!!! Anyways, I have my last appointment in a couple weeks and I couldn't be any happier!!! My face isn't blotchy anymore and glows!!! I can't thank the staff at Luzury Med Spa enough and highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I had a great visit at Luxury Med Spa. The staff was polite and informative. I was hesitant to visit due to prior reviews, but decided to give it a chance. I purchased a laser facial and everything went great, and my skin has never looked better.

This is my new favorite spa! The staff is very nice, friendly, and professional. The services offered make my spa visit so convenient cause I can get everything done at one place. I'm so happy with my experience and I highly recommend you try this place out! Don't mind any negative reviews, I've been to a hundred different spas in my lifetime and I'm so happy I finally found a place I'm comfortable going to and doesn't rip me off.

My sister and I have had numerous procedures, laser facial, microdermabrasion, skin tightening and are very happy with the results and the personnel working there and performing the procedures. I would recommend them to my friends.

I had my consultation, not to sure if I was going to go through with the laser hair removal and she completely changed my mind. She answered all my questions honestly and I do not have one complaint. She has a warm smile that makes you want to come back sooner than the scheduled appointments. It makes a difference when you can walk into a place and feel at home. If you choose this spa, ask for Michele, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a groupon for a laser facial. The office was easy to find. When I arrived there were a few forms to fill out, then I was taken into the room right away with no wait time. This was very nice and important to me as I was on my lunch break. The service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable. I was so impressed I bought a package of three!

I am very pleased with my results so far :) the staff is very friendly and Lauren is amazing and explains every thing to you and does an exceptional job
