Clean, comfortable reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if staying in Eugene on a budget. Front desk lady very nice. Let us check in early. Would stay here again for sure. Very close to University of Oregon and good local cuisine nearby. Right of the highway for easy access.

Was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a motel in Eugene. The rooms have been newly renovated; are clean and comfortable. There is covered parking right at your door and the owners know how to set up an efficient breakfast bar. (One of my pet peeves when traveling.) I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs a convenient room in Eugene.

Got a comfortable bed and a continental breakfast and they had Wifi if we needed it for a very reasonable price,set in the down town area of Eugene. Easy on and off access to a freeway so we had no problems finding it on the right had side of the road on a going West one way street to get back on the freeway you just went over one street to a one way going East and got back on the freeway. The Manager of the hotel was very nice and friendly.
