This Rite Aid Pharmacy has the POOREST Customer Service of, I am sure I can Safely say; ANY Pharmacy I have EVER Used!! I understand that they may be Busy(Which is Certainly what The Corporate, District, Store & Pharmacy Manager Surely want to See & Hear; Opposed to the opposite, and having all their Customers become Fed Up with the Very Rude, Insensative, Unhelpful, Slow, Very Undermining, Insinuative Staff, most of them EVEN Inc the Pharmacy Mgr; and VERY Easily take Our business to ANY One of Over 20 Competitor Pharmacies in less than a Mile & Half Radius. This WILL be the Ultimate Outcome, in a matter of NO Time at All after We grow Sickened of the Continual Rudeness, treatment as though We are a Burden & Interruption Everytime We come in with a New Rx or to pickup Our Reg Mnthly Refills, told every other visit that they do not have the stock to fill your regularly monthly refills. To be told on a Sat they cant fill your Rx cause the Ins is Closed, step out to the car & call the same # & reach a Live Rep!
