Great people walked right in and asked for my parts. Was promptly shown what lane and how many cars down.found my parts and everything was in tact! The blonde girl at the counter clgave me two incredibly good deals on some dealights and markers. Also got a few interior parts for free! Definitely comig back for more parts!

Stopped by asked where I could find my certain style vehicle in the yard was given the location. Found my part and was serviced well with fast customer service and very reasonable pricing. Would go again if I need too.

I stop by there on my lunch break to pick up a part. They let me go in the yard and told me exactly where to find the car I needed. When I finally found my part and got back to the counter they were busy but Darcy stopped her lunch break and helped me out. She gave me a very fair price for the item and was extremely helpful and friendly, so thank you very much.

I'm a regular and have been going to pick a part for most my car related needs for 10 or more years. I find they normally have what I'm looking for or they can get it for me, pretty much every time. The people behind the counters are busy but attentive. If you have to wait a long time in line, they often knock the price some. George, the person I think the other review is talking about.. Is a scruffy hard candy shell sort. Seems rough till you talk with him a bit. He's a great manager and very vehicle knowledgeable. If he can't get it or doesn't have it he never hesitates to say where you could go. Most importantly he/they are flexible with the price. I've learned pretty much all the parts places could care less about what you think is fair. Pick A Part on 99 is the acception. I recommend them often and hear glowing reports from people all the time. They are fair and knowledgeable. Now Ifor they were just open on sundays...

This was the most terrible experience I've ever had. They were rude and organized. The person at the counter,who I believe was the owner or manager sent me to the opposite end of where I needed to go,on purpose I believe,and its obvious they hire tweakers.
