I don't like to be ignored or lied to. I stood at the counter looking at one of the owners for a few minutes before stating clearly I'm leaving. At this point a helpful young man catches me tells me she does not speak English and asks how he can help me. I tell him I need some crickets, then the owner who ignored me and does not speak English tells me "sorry" (in English) she goes on to tell me the total will be 5 dollars. She takes my money and walks away. As the young man is helping me another owner comes to the counter and tries to charge me again. Then he insists the young man put cardboard in with the crickets. I state very clearly that I do not want it or need it. I am going home to dump them in the tank the cardboard will just make it more difficult. I am again ignored. This is just poor service. The last time I was in I was ignored while two owners argued with a woman about a coupon for pet food. I will buy my crickets down the street at Zany Zoo.
