Everyone at London Hair Studio and Day Spas is great with customer service. They always take excellent care of me. Thank you!

My daughter has had a tough time lately, a divorce and the death of her grandmother so I thought I'd treat her to a spa day. I scheduled a spa pedicure, a wax and a hair treatment, she wanted her tips dyed purple. It was a nightmare! The receptionist made a mistake and she wasn't given the pedicure, the wax job was only so so and the hair was the worst! My daughters beautiful hair was highlighted to the roots and dyed green and black! Not at all the purple tips that she so desired! The stylist Shay was rude and used profane language throughout the experience. Shay scratched my daughters scalp during the shampooing, tore a comb thru her hair and Continuously hit her in the head with the blow dryer not to mention didn't give my daughter what she asked for but did what Shay wanted instead. Shay has a lot to learn about customer service! Furthermore I had been quoted a price of $350 at the high end and I was charged $370 with Shay giving herself a very undeserved tip of $48.00! This mother wants an apology, restitution and her daughters hair back the way it was or the way she wanted it and asked for it to be! Shame on London for hiring such a rude person! I will be telling my friends!

I was burned so bad by an eyebrow waxing that my eye swelled shut! The owner was resistant to refund my treatment and she refused to return my calls to discuss the emergency room visit I had to make due to the resulting infection. It took 2 antibiotics to clear the infection as the doctor was concerned it was MRSA!

Trina did my hair and it looks absolutely amazing. She is without question a very talented and careful hair stylist.



The down side: I felt invisible. She referred to me as "my client" while talking to other stylists but never called me by name or even really engaged me in conversation except to tell me to move my head. She referred to my natural hair color as drab. She showed my "before" picture to several other employees in a way that felt mocking and demeaning (who looks great going IN to a salon?). I was also not asked my consent about my before and after picture going up on the internet.



So on one side, I look great and she perfectly replicated the photo I brought in. On the down side, I did not enjoy the actual experience at all.

Natalie is a true hair artist!. I was recommended this hair salon from a friend. So, I drove a hour and half to come to it. It was totally worth it! Natalie took her time and really cared how my style turned out. She did long layers in my hair. I felt light, free, and so pretty! It been so long that I have felt that way. I have to agree with the last post that she is "focused" and add that every cut was with purpose and it was perfect.

Abby is a genius!!!! Her sense of color and cut are amazing. She actually listens to what you say. In addition to her professional skills, she is also a kind, caring person. It is a joy to spend time with her. I trust her completely and would not go to anyone else.

Always very friendly and helpful and they do good work on men too!

The ladies were so welcoming and Natalie did a great job with me aswell. She was focused and left me looking great. Thank you.

I have had bad experiences with haircuts before, but today Denise made me extremely happy! She got the cut exactly how I wanted it, without me having a photo of the exact style I wanted. She was great with the consultation, making sure she got my hair right. I will definitely be going back to her again!!

I love how London hair salon staff does my hair I usually come and don’t have any favorites they are all great. I would never go elsewhere for service I don’t have a favorite person but yes I do for hair salon that is London hair salon only.

The staff is kind and knowledgable and the environment is clean, comfortable and RELAXING. Give yourself or someone you love the ultimate luxury and go here, you will not be disappointed!

I view my hair as my most important accessory. Having said that, I have to say Trina at London Hair is the best hair stylist. The best! The girl has skills. I've been going to her for years and it's high time I write a review. I look forward to my appointments, because I know I'll be leaving looking and feeling like a million bucks. The salon itself has a very welcoming, friendly vibe. I'm always greeted by a friendly receptionist and offered something to drink...nice touch. Now for Trina - she does an amazing job with color (A+++) and gets it right every time; my hair is cut perfectly every time. I trust her 100%. My hair is thick, coarse, wavy and tends to friz. No problem. I can leave the salon and head right out for date night. No running home to re-style my hair. Thanks Trina for making my hair look so good!
