Very polite and helpful on the phone. Depot is also clean compared to most bus depots.

All I wanted was a buss schedule, to see how & when I could go between cities.



This site wanted to book me for a vacation, and gave me no clue as to where to find the answer to a simple schedule question. My time was stolen!!! (You may have guesses, I am not a happy camper, & at this point, am not even any closer to finding out what I need to know.)



THEN it would not allow me to submit the rating, until I had REGISTERED!!!

I have been trying to find schedules, faires, etc. and your web sight keeps sending me to other sights. Isn't this a problem for the traveling public.
