I have used Microserv for several years now and have always had great service from them. The times I have called in for service, I always got to talk to a local person and my issues were resolved quickly and courteously. I got a virus on my computer which caused some issues with my internet and took it into them. Their tech was very competent and cleaned my pc up. It runs like a dream now. I don't know about the so called poor experiences of a couple of these other reviews, but mine has been top notch.

The tech support is a joke. If the answer to the problem isn't in a manual, then forget about resolving an issue with this crew. The manager must be an affirmative action hire, as she sure doesn't have the smarts to manage a service business. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else for internet service.

Years back we had internet and e-mail service with them. While out of country in China, they shut down my e-mail account because it was to full capacity. Being my only cheap form of communication, I called them up to have them open it back up so that I could clean out the spam that had filled it to capacity. They were uncooperative. I then had a family member call in to try to deal with the situation, due to the expense of international phone calls. After explaining the situation, several individuals from this company laughed at said member and called him a liar. Needless to say, having been original and loyal customers, we quickly left due not only to the poor customer service, but also lack of technical knowledge of the computer techs on the phone. Being an electrical engineer, I really do not understand how a "computer tech" can handle problems, when they ask the question "What is a server". I hope they have since changed, but I would remain cautious.
