Just signed up with Aptive. They are very professional and thorough. The service tech, Steve Hubbard, explained the entire process.

Armando Aguilar was the serviceman who came to our home and he was very professional and answered all my questions. I was concerned about voles (since my neighbor has them) and Armando explained how they detect voles are in the yard. Since he didn't think we had them, he put some traps out to ease any possible concerns I had about them and will check them in a month for me. So I was very satisfied with this service.

Keith Pudwell was on time ( early actually), knowledgeable and personable. Found a mouse opening and dealt with it even though the focus was insect control, very impressive. Recommending Aptive to friends and neighbors.

Armanda was on time and professional. He voluntarily added tick and flea pesticide when he saw my dog and I agreed to it. Very perceptive!

Our Service Pro, Spencer Chase, visited for our initial device today. He was on-time, he explained everything to me (including the science behind the treatments), and exceeded my expectations. I hope all visits have similar experts. - Kris O

I was very comfortable having Nate Dudgeon in my home for our service. All my requests were met with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Steve Hubbard was great. He explained everything in detail to us. He also took into consideration that we have a cat. He was very professional. We were so glad that he was able to help us with our vole problem that we have during the winter months. Hopefully it works for this coming winter. Thanks again!

Our service technician was helpful and knowledgeable, (Shawn Gruebele). This is our first service so we will monitor how effective it is on pests.

Obviously there will be negative reviews and positive reviews on any company out there, but our sales rep told us everything we needed to know. Great service and great price. Aptive goes above and beyond! Will be a customer for life.

Taylor showed up on time this afternoon. Taylor did a thorough spraying both inside (spiders) and outside(box elder and Asian beatles). He even did extra at the interior sills and jams. Very pleased! -- Greg P.
