awesome price 30 bucks and fast service

Quoted $35.... but charged $80 for a 30sec job. Tech was supposed to quote the $80 before he came. No quote was given by the tech. And he crawled through the car to grab the keys to hold them hostage. This is very illegal. DO NOT USE THEM!!

These guys are a real piece of work. My daughter called because she was locked out of her home. The phone receptionist said it would be $20 to come out and "15 and up to pop the lock on a home". The guy showed up in an Audi with some friend in the car. He got out and opened the door in about 30 seconds. He charged my kid $140.00!!!!! She told me that she tried to argue with him but she ultimately paid it. This borders on fraud.

We called "A 24 hr locksmith" and was told by the woman on the phone it would cost $20.00 for service call and $15.00 to unlock the car door. When the man got to our house he was not in a business truck but in a personal car with a woman. He opened up the car within 15 sec. Then we were told it would cost $80.00 dollars. $20.00 for service call and $60.00 to open the car door. I told him what we were quoted on the phone by this woman. All he could say was it would be $80.00. This upset my son very badly because this is going to cost him because he is the one who locked his keys in the car. The company needs to tell the customer the right price on the phone so there are no surprises when the service is finished. I am so mad at this company and now my son is out $80.00 for a 15 sec. job. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am totally disgusted with them.
