Provided by YP.comI have been to countless dealerships and can't believe it has taken me this long to find this place. My last dealer Lithia Ford of Fresno ignored my phone calls and made me wait hours for an oil change. Thanks to my son who did internet research he was able to find the Taurus my wife has been wanting. He made me an appointment and I went over there to check it out. I was greeted by and waited a few minutes for the internet manager, after he came in and showed me the vehicle I had inquired about. It was clean and parked out of the way so I could get inside and look at it. I appreciate the time he took and the low pressure environment. We ended up purchasing that vehicle a few days later, thank you Future Ford - excellent customer service.

Provided by YP.comThe internet department here met more than my expectations, although i did set it pretty low since ive been in the car business and left pretty quickly because of the compettency of my ex colleagues and drama but when i needed a car i decided to try google the search sent me to Future Ford in Clovis and i founf you could email them which i did and within a half hour got a reply of a list of vehicles matching my needs i specified. since i work a lot I didnt have a whole lot of time which they understood. I was able to get financed right over the phone and they had my car ready for me when i arrived the next morning. i never knew how easy it is nowadays to purchase a car.

Provided by YP.comI love it when salesman give you crap and then screw up everything else. I was so sick of dealerships in my area and now I know why people here go to Clovis for their cars. I saw a Fusion that looked awesome in the newspaper and thought I would just browse the website, but Future Ford Clovis really sucks you in and I just had to have the car after e-mailing with their fleet manager. They offered me the sane price as advertised and I chose a different color since the newspaper car was already gone by the time i got around to going to see it. I was able to get all of my information through so the whole buying process was super fast, I’m really impressed with this dealership, but maybe it’s because ive been dealing with idiots this whole time, still I have to give Future Ford Clovis 5 stars for changing my mind!

Provided by YP.comThey gave me the best experience I have ever had in the last ten years of buying cars for my family. I needed a new sedan for my mother after she had a pretty bad wreck. Usually, I have a bad time with salesman, but I found really good deal on a Fusion on the internet. I made an appointment online and was greeted when I was arrived. I saw the vehicle, test drove it and it was great. overall, my experience was really good. I wasted no time and my mother was very happy.

Provided by YP.comWe did research on the web, got it down to a few models. Finally, we filled out a questionnaire on their website and just expected some spam. We were very surprised when we received an e-mail that night with a page full of pictures and prices of the car we wanted in their inventory. We were very selective and picked the Fusion I am really h appy with how I got the car, because it meant my wife did not have to come with me and spend an extra five hours looking at colors. I went in, signed the paperwork, and was out in a littile under 3 hours. The service is very fast, but friendly. I'll be coming back again!

Provided by YP.comI don't have much experience in buying cars but I am glad to tried Clovis Ford for my first time. My dad came with me to cosign a new lease for me. Salesmen were promptly available but respected our privacy, which I think is rare in a dealership. After I picked a reasonably priced Fusion , we met Greg and then went to finance and spoke with the Finance guy (can't recall his name) Within a couple of hours I finally got my new car. My dad was happy with the price and I'm happy with the car. based on my experience, i will for surte come back for my next car.

Provided by YP.comI always dreaded buying a car, hate sales people and hate wasting money. However, this place is different. Everytime I walked into this place the salesman and managers are always pleasant and offer a big smile and a kind greeting. I also enjoyed the cleaniness of the place especially their restrooms. Anyway, back to my experience with purchasing. I did not once feel like I was being bothered or pressured, nor did I feel like I was being gyped I got a great deal on a brand new 2010 Focus and also got a great warranty as well. Overall, this is definitely the dealership to go to if you demand respect and customer service. I thank Future Ford Clovis

Provided by YP.comMy mother does barely speaks English and since my father passed away she has been lost when it comes to anything important like bying a car but I am glad I stopped by Future Ford because they were so patient with my mother’s poor English and tried really hard to understand and spoke very slowly to make shure she understood what was goin on to. Usually im pretty worried when im not around my mother because I don’t know how people treat her but she assured me everyone was very kind and always smiling and she said she felt very comfortable without me being there. I am very amazed at how well they treated her, I defenatly recommend this dealership for anyone!

Provided by YP.comI really felt comfortable buying a car from these people. I am not an easy person to convince of anything, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience and customer service. I had a hard time financing a car last time a few years ago. This was a totally different process, no re-signing the contract 10 times like last time at a toyota dealer. I reccomed Clovis Ford to all my family and friends.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to Thank the staff at Future Ford of Clovis for thier help in finding a great car for my wife. It has been over 8 years since she needed a new one and after visiting a number of different dealerships we felt the Fusion was the vehicle for her, after reading some customer testimonails and reviews regarding the vehicle. The Salesperson was very helpful and low pressure which was hard to find. Even after the sale when I could not program the garage door opener he came over to my house and did it for me. I just wanted to let someone else know that I had a great experience and will be back for my own Mustang in the near future. THanks again Future Ford A+++
