I called with a question - explaining my problem of my cushions appearing to be broken down. Don was so helpful. Told me exactly what my options were, and who to call - and how I could save some money. He never made a dime off me, but was very willing to help. That's how you run a business... helpful even if it's not in your bag!! Thanks Don.

Two weeks ago our couch frame broke which caused the springs to detach. We had bought the couch from a retailer that had since gone out of business, so we could not get the couch fixed through the regular channels. Fortunately the retailer had provided us with the company who services the warranty on the couch, so we called them up and a few days later they we had an appointment to get our couch fixed at our home. Today, Don with Furniture Clinic came out and he was able to not only repair the couch, but made it better so it wouldn't break down again! Don went above and beyond and he clearly takes pride in his work to make sure the job is done right. I could not have received better service anywhere else and believe Don's experience in the furniture business means you will not be disappointed as a customer. On a side note, he also spent a few extra minutes of his time tightening up the bolts on my coffee table, all around it was great service!
