Valley Pools has been our pool care company since 2007. Our pool is 30 years old and is difficult to keep clean, reacting to every little change in weather. Eventually it will need to be resurfaced, but the service staff has enabled us to put off this costly job for several years and still have a sparkling clean pool. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Pools to my friends and neighbors.

Service Dept. We are so happy with the service we receive when our hot tub needs repair. The service is prompt & honest. We always plug Valley Pools & Spas.

We loved everything about our experience ,from start to finish we LOVE our pool. They have great business ethic. Everyone that sees our pool is amazed with how beautiful it is.

I am sending several pictures from the 1st 2 days and will
continue to do so through today. I Want to share With you
that Paul and Ryan are nothing short of perfection. They are
the hardest Workers I know. They have impressed Jeff and I
so much! The professionalism and kindness they eXude is
amazing. They rarely take breaks and Work hard. We are on
day 3 and Will have our liner in today and more then likely
Water too! They explain things that are happening and are
very good Working partners. Just Very professional!

Any questions I had were answered and they did an excellent job with my new pool, I will recommend them to friends and family.

Awesome service department. Second to none.

Our family purchased the odyssey new from an online purchase with Andi. If you buy a car anywhere, find out what their online price is because that is usually the lowest price available. Anyway, since then, a year ago, I've brought the van in for service, oil change, an issue with the sliding door, a tire that caught a nail once, and a wash and wax. I worked with Gwynn a couple times (lovely) and since then deal with John Stewart. It always seems to me that these service people are always listening to what I have to say and helps me to resolve any concern I may have. Those 2 individuals are the reason I keep coming back. They listen, and resolve. Eduardo who moves the cars in and out of the garage is also very friendly and helpful. So, all in all, my experience with VIP Honda has been a good one. I do recommend VIP Honda and will get our next car there. Also, I was rear ended this last winter and needed a bumper replaced, Anthony at the VIP body shop did the work, fantastic!

Extra points for a super friendly staff that never try to oversell you pool crap, which is very easy to do. We've always had prompt and honest treatment here, and a very blue pool to boot. Great work!

Lots to see, but most was already sold. very helpful + imformative, excellent job, took time to do it right.

We're definitely fans of Valley Pool. It's conveniently located at the bottom of the highway and in a pretty smart area given the number of pools around here.

I had bought a new Hot Springs hot tub at their shop. They are very friendly there and generally courteous

Christie was very helpful and listened to our needs. Thought our yard would be difficult but delivery went great. terrific orientation with amy i felt very confident.

I've bought two spas from Valley Pool & Spas. We've since moved and while there are a number of Spa Shops between me and Valley Pools & Spas (now 220 miles away) I keep going back to them. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub & needed a standard retrofit part ASAP. The local vendors didn't have it & further, didn't know what I was talking about! I called Valley Pool & Spas & after describing what I needed their service guy said, "Sure, we stock those, how many would you like"? I had it the next day. I'm up & running! Thanks once again!

Dear Hilary, I want to thank you again for the fine job you and your crews did putting our pool in. The entire job, from the planning stage with you, to the cover being installed, was very professional. Every aspect of each job went smooth. It was a pleasant experience for both Diane and I. Great selection of pools and spas and parts and products. What's even better is the customer service. I stopped in to aka a few questions about my spa and a specific part I was searching. The service rep took a lot of time looking for my part in the store and online. When they weren't able to find it in store (my spa is pretty old) they looked online and gave me multiple part numbers to search. I asked for some advice of which products were best to clean and they were happy to help and suggest what to use and exactly how to use it. This is the place to stop for your pool and spa needs.

I recently switched to Valley Pools from a company I had been wasting money on for years. What a nice change! I am so pleased with the service I get both in person and over the phone. I was in the process of changing my pool from chlorine water to salt water. What an expensive project it turned out to be between both companies. The last company I was using going to overcharge me by 25% and I am so thankful I found Valley Pool because they were efficient, clean and affordable. I would highly recommend them.
